Da ich (Max) für ein Semester in Spanien bin, suche ich jemanden der für diese Zeit mein Zimmer in Bremen bewohnt.
Das Zimmer
Es gibt drei helle freundliche Zimmer, zwei Bäder und eine Küche. Die Bäder sind mit Dusche oder Badewanne ausgestattet. Die Küche ist ebenfalls komplett. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist hell, .ca 24 qm groß, mit Laminatboden und TV-Anschluss. In der Wohnung gibt es außerdem einen kleinen (!) Aufzug. Das Mitbenutzen des Gartens ist auch erlaubt.
Dein Zimmer ist vollständig möbliert inklusive Bett und Bettwäsche, Fernseher, zwei Schränken, Handtüchern und einem Arbeitsplatz. Es ist .ca 24 m2 groß und zudem hat es einen angeschlossenen Balkon der zum Garten zeigt. Es ist sehr ruhig und man kann dort angenehm schlafen. In der Wohnung wird nicht geraucht.
Since I'm in Spain this semester I am looking for someone to rent my room in Bremen during that time.
The Room
There are three bright friendly rooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. The bathrooms include a shower or a bath tube. The kitchen is equipped as well. The room that is for rent is light, about 24 m2 large, has laminate flooring and a tv connection. There is also a tiny elevator and using the garden is allowed too.
Your room is fully furnished including bed and bedding, tv, two wardrobes, towels and a work space. The room has a ensuite balcony which is pointing towards the garden. It's very quite and you can have a good nights sleep there. Smoking inside is not allowed.
Die Lage
Die Wohnung liegt im 2OG in der Rembertistraße und hat 97qm. Die Rembertistraße ist nahe des Hauptbahnhofs (5 Minuten) in einer Seitenstraße. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind leicht und schnell zu erreichen (1 Minute). In der Nähe befindet sich ein Edeka-Supermarkt und das McFit Sportstudio. Die Partymeile befindet sich auch fußläufig (3 Minuten). Zur Uni dauert es vom Bahnhof .ca 15 Minuten.
Location
The apartment is on second floor in Rembertistr. and is 97 m2 large. Rembertistr. is close to central station (5 Minutes) and located in a side street. Public transport is easy and fast to reach (1 Minute). Close by there are supermarkets and a gym (McFit). The party mile is in walking distance (3 Minutes) and to university it's about 15 Minutes from central station.
Deine Mitbewohner
Deine Mitbewohner sind 22 und 23 Jahre alt und studieren in Bremen. Elisabeth studiert Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen im vierten Semester außerdem hat sie einen Labrador er mit uns wohnt. Robin studiert Mathe und Politik auf Lehramt. Meine Mitbewohner wollen keine Zweck-WG, sondern auch mal zusammen Fernsehen, Kochen oder Feiern gehen. Es wäre gut wenn du tierlieb bist, denn wir haben einen Hund! :) Meine Mitbewohner sprechen natürlich auch Englisch.
Your roommates
Your roommates are 22 and 23 years old and study at Bremen University. Elisabeth studies business and engineering in her fourth semester and she also has a Labrador who lives with us. Robin studies maths and politics. My roommates don't want a apartment-sharing just for the purpose of it but rather a place where you watch tv together, cook or go on a party. It would be great if you like animals, because we have a dog! :) My roommates also speak English of course.
