da ich zum 1.9. mein Studienort wechsele, suche ich für unsere ruhige 3er WG eine geeignete Nachmieterin/ Mitbewohnerin.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Man erreicht die Innenstadt und den HBF innerhalb von 5 min Fussweg.
Die Wohnung ist erst seit 8 Monaten in Gebrauch und wurde vor dem Einzug komplett renoviert. Alles nötige ist vorhanden.
Die Mitbewohner sind ruhige und angenehme Personen mit denen das WgLeben unkompliziert abläuft.
Bei Interesse gerne melden. Für Fragen stehe ich jederzeit zur Verfügung.
