Möbliertes 15 qm Zimmer in luxuriöser Lage mit Südbalkon

Hey liebe Bremer*innen und die, die es für eine Zeit werden wollen,

da ich eine Weile nicht in Bremen bin, kann es sich jemand hier für ein paar Wochen gemütlich machen!
Vom 22.7. - 12.8.2018 !
** mit Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung um ca. 15 Tage**
Das freie Zimmer ist ca 15 qm groß mit zwei großen Fenstern die zur Straße hinschauen. Mit dazu gehört ein großes Bett, ein Sessel, ein geräumiger Schreibtisch und zwei Kleiderschränke, die du natürlich frei benutzen kannst. Zwei Pflänchen spenden dir Sauerstoff im Tausch für Wasser.

Dich würden hier zu Hause, meine Mitbewohner und Mitbewohnerin in Empfang nehmen: Jonas, steht zwischen Studiumsphasen und arbeitet Schichten inner Fabrik im Moment. Eigentlich ist er aber ein Liebhaber des Sports, Tanzen und Quidditch spielen. Khalid, kommt aus Ägypten, weswegen hier auch viel englisch geredet wird (oder arabisch wenn es jemand anderes könnte) und studiert Environmental Physics im Master. Johanna beendet ebenfalls ihr Psychologie Studium gerade, kümmert sich aber lieber um die Pflanzen im Haus, darum Essen durch foodsharing zu retten.

Unsere Küche ist schön groß, und der Tisch bietet genug Platz, damit alle zusammen darin kochen und speisen können. Im Wohnzimmer stehen zwei große Sofas, ein uralter hochehrwürdiger Spirituosenschrank und die Wand zum Flur dient als Projektionsfläche für unseren Beamer. In lauen Sommernächten treibt es uns aber eher zu einem Bierchen oder Glas Wein und guten Gesprächen auf den Südbalkon, auf dem ich hier auch gerade die Nachmittagssonne genieße. Es gibt ein großes Badezimmer, außerdem ein kleines mit WC+Waschbecken.

Dear anybody looking for a new, temporary home in Bremen,

I would like to sublease my room! The room is about 15 m2 big, heads out to the street and has two big windows which let in a lot of light. You can change the room as much as you like to feel comfortable, but I need to leave all of the funiture in it. So there´s a queens bed, comfortable arm chair, desk and two wardrobes.
From the 22nd of June till the 12th of august!
** with possibility of staying longer around 15 days**

The rest of the apartment is a good equipped kitchen, a big living room, a sunny terrace and 2 bathrooms.

With you will definitly be living Jonas, who is 24 and in between Bachelor/Master phase and is working shifts right now, he, does a lot of sports, cooking and dancing at night. Khalid is 26, originally from Egypt, so we talk a lot of english at home (or arabic, if anyone of us knew how to) is a lovely cook and studies Environmental Physics. Johanna, is 27, an active foodsaver, psychology student and lover of plants. We all appreciate responsbile roommates, who take care and are aware of everyones needs in our home.

Our apartment is situated right between the Central Station Bremens and the Steintorviertel - the place to be. So it´s a 3 minute walk to the nearest tram station (Rembertistr & Am Dobben) and by bike or foot you´re close to everything from here, like restaurants, bar and a few supermarkets.

If we are home together my roomates are very happy about doing stuff together. We sometimes cook, study together, and relax on the sunny balcony or enjoy movies with the beamer in the living room. So I would be very happy to leave my room and my roommates with a communicative and outgoing person! :)
