The room is completely furnished with a bed, shelves, a big wardrobe, a table, a desk, 2 chairs and a desk chair. The view from the window is very nice, you can see the windmill and the Wallanlagen. Even though it's a busy street, the double windows provide a really good isolation, so it is a quiet, nice place to rest.
The kitchen is small, but it has everything you need. There's a ceramic stove, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and of course, a fridge. The bathroom is really spacious and it has both a shower and a bathtub.
To note: there's a common washing machine and a dryer in the basement.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert mit einem Bett, Regale, einen grossen Kleiderschrank, einen Tisch, einem Schreibtisch, 2 Stühle und einem Schreibtischstuhl. Der Blick aus dem Fenster bietet eine sehr schöne Sicht auf die WIndmühle und den Wallanlagen. Die doppelten Fenster isolieren sehr gut den Lärm von draussen. Die Küche ist klein aber hat alles was du brauchen wirst. Es gibt einen Herd mit Zerankochfläche, einen Ofen, eine Mikrowelle, einen Toaster und natürlich einen Kühlschrank. Das Badezimmer ist relativ gross und hat sowohl eine Dusche als auch eine Badewanne.
Hinweis: Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner im Keller.
The place is very central and well connected, just 2 minutes walking distance to the tram stop "Herdentor" (tram lines 4,6,8 and buses 24,25). Also, both Hauptbanhof and Domsheide are less than 10 minutes walking distance from here.
For shopping you have LIDL, Edeka and Aldi really close.
Viertel is 15 minutes walking distance from here and Schlachte 8 minutes.
DIe Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, es sind nur 2 MInuten Fussweg zu der Strassenbahnhaltestelle "Herdentor" (Strassenbahnlinien 4, 6, 8 und Busse 24, 25). Hauptbahnhof und Domsheide sind weniger als 10 Minuten Fussweg entfernt. Zum einkaufen gibt LIDL, Edeka und Aldi in der nähe.
Viertel is in 15 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen und Schlache in 8 Minuten.
Your new flatmate, Tobias, is quiet and easy-going. He's german but speaks fluent english. He tries to keep his environment clean (and will want you to do the same :) )
Dein neuer Mitbewohner, Tobias ist ruhig und unkompliziert. Er ist deutsch aber spricht fliessend englisch. Er hält die Umgebung sauber (und möchte dass du dies auch tust :) )
I would like to leave the wooden drawer and the rug here, we can discuss a small price for both if you like them.
The date to move would be relatively flexible. You can move whenever you want during December, starting on the 1st.
If you are interested, just write us something about you (what kind of a person you are and what you do...), and I'll put you in contact with your potential flatmate. I won't be here next week to show you the room, but he will be happy to give you a tour. Usually he has time on the weekends or during the week from 18.00.

Ich wurde gerne eine Kommode da lassen. Ich bin mir sicher dass wir uns über den Preis einig werden falls du sie haben möchtest.
Bei dem Umzugstermin bin ich recht flexibel. Du kannst irgendwann im Dezember einziehen.
Falls du Interesse hast, schreib uns ein wenig über dich (Was für eine Person du bist, was machst du...) und ich werde dich mit meinem Mitbewohner bekannt machen. Ich werde nächste Woche nicht hier sein um dir das Zimmer zu zeigen, aber mein Mitbewohner wird dir gern alles Zeigen. Er hat meistens am Wochenende und in der Woche ab 18:00 Zeit.
