Ich ziehe am 3. Februar aus meiner 3er-WG aus und suchen einen Zwischenmieter für 1 bis drei Monate. Die Lage ist perfekt, man geht zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof, die Haltestellen Falkenstraße und Am Wall sind auch direkt nebenan. Das Zimmer ist etwa 16m² groß, ansonsten gibt es noch eine Küche, einen großen Flur und ein Badezimmer mit Badeanne. Waschmaschiene und Internet/Telefonflatrate ist auch vorhanden. Das ganze plus zwei nette Mitbewohnerinnen gibt es für ca 202,50 Euro warm. Wenn du dir die WG und das Zimmer anschauen willst, dann ruf mich am besten mal an und wir machen einen Termin aus.
