Ich gehe ins Ausland und biete mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an. Es ist ein heller, großer Raum mit Zugang zu einer kleinen Terrasse, die in den Innenhof führt. Großer Kleiderschrank, Bücherregale, 1,40 m Bett und ein Futon für Besuch :).
I am offering my room for subletting! It's a large, bright room with a door out to a little terrace that lead into the courtyard. There are a large wardrobe, book shelves, a bed (1.40 m) and a futon.
Die Lage ist super zentral, mitten im Viertel. Läden, Cafés, Bars und die Tram Haltestelle Brunnenstraße sind direkt um die Ecke. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es 15 - 20 min zur Uni.
It's very centrally located in the heart of the Viertel. Shops, cafés, bars and the the tram stop Brunnenstraße are right around the corner. It takes 15 - 20 min to cycle to Uni.
Deine Mitbewohner wären Mirco und Leo, zwei Meeresbiologen. Sind entspannte Typen, die auch gerne mal einen trinken gehen. Wir machen auch oft etwas mit der 3-er WG über uns zusammen, kochen oder brunchen gemeinsam
Your flatmates would be Mirco and Leo, two marine biologists and chill guys. They like to go out for a drink and we also hang out with the three people of the flat above us, sometimes cook together or have brunch.
