It is approximately 3.5x3.5 m, the largest and the comfiest room in the apartment. It has a twin sized bed, dresser, and a cupboard for sale, that goes very well with the room (if interested).
This is one of 4 bedrooms in the apartment. In total the apartment has 3 floors; the first with dining, kitchen and a common lounge. The second with the rooms and bathroom, and the topmost with an attic.
It is literally 5 minutes walk from the HBF, which means great connections to whichever line you need to take. For being this close to the city center, it is a pretty quiet neighborhood. There is an edeka, aldi, and rewe, all within 10 minutes of walking distance. Google Löningstraße, you will know what I mean.
4 flatmates in total. One of them is a master’s student in the Uni Bremen, the second a PhD student in the Uni Bremen, and the last an IT engineer.
