Hey,
Da ich mit meinem Studium durch bin un in eine andere Stadt ziehe, muss ich mein Zimmer leider abgeben.
Das Zimmer hat einen schönen Blick auf den direkt vor der Wohnung liegenden Park und liegt im ersten Stock. Es hat wie auf den Fotos zu sehen zwei große Fenster, die dem ganzen Zimmer eine schöne Atmosphäre verleihen. Wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, steht ein Hochbett im Zimmer, was es möglich macht, wirklich die komplette Fläche des Zimmers zu nutzen und dem Raum so viel mehr Platz bereitstellt, als würde es unten stehen.
Kurz zur Wohnung:
Die Wohnung ist über alle 3 Stockwerke verteilt. Quasi gehört uns so das ganze Haus. Wir teilen uns daher auch keinen Flur mit anderen Menschen.
Die Wohnung hat 3 Bäder, wovon eines voll ausgestattet ist, eins nur eine Toilette hat und das 3. nur eine Dusche. So kommt man sich morgens nicht in die Queere, wenn alle auf einmal loswollen.
Seit einigen Jahren besitzen wir einen verschließbaren Fahrradschuppen, in dem wir unsere Fahrräder abstellen können.
Auf der 1. Etage (da wo auch dein Zimmer liegt) liegt auch die Küche, der Gemeinschaftsraum der WG. Diese hat einen Ausgang nach hinten, der direkt auf die Terrasse führt. Die Terrasse und der kleine Balkon sind mit Holz ausgelegt und laden zum draußen sitzen und Grillen ein.

Since I'm through with my studies and move to another city, I unfortunately have to give up my room.
The room has a beautiful view of the park directly in front of the apartment and is located on the second floor. As you can see on the photos, it has two large windows, which give the whole room a nice atmosphere. As you can see in the photos, there is a loft bed in the room, which makes it possible to really use the entire area of the room and provides the room with so much more space than if it were downstairs.
Briefly about the apartment:
The apartment is distributed over all 3 floors. Quasi belongs to us so the whole house. Therefore, we do not share a hallway with other people.
The apartment has 3 bathrooms, one of which is fully equipped, one has only a toilet and the 3rd only a shower. So you don't get in the queer in the morning when everyone wants to go at once.
Since a few years we have a lockable bike shed where we can store our bikes.
On the 1st floor (where your room is) is also the kitchen, the common room of the WG. It has an exit to the back, which leads directly to the terrace. The terrace and the small balcony are covered with wood and invite you to sit outside and barbecue.
Die Lage ist echt super. Die Wohnung liegt leicht außerhalb des Viertels und ist daher echt ruhig, obwohl man das Viertel in Fußweite hat. So sind Supermärkte und Bars, also alles was man zum Leben benötigt in unmittelbarer Reichweite. Dazu kommt noch die Nähe zum Weserstadion und daher auch zu der Weser. Zu Fuß ist das Wasser nur 1-2 Minuten entfernt und man kann super zum Spazieren gehen ans Wasser.

The location is really great. The apartment is slightly outside the neighborhood and is therefore really quiet, although you have the neighborhood within walking distance. So supermarkets and bars, so everything you need to live is within easy reach. In addition, there is the proximity to the Weser Stadium and therefore also to the Weser. On foot, the water is only 1-2 minutes away and you can super to walk to the water.
Deine 4 anderen Mitbewohner sind zwischen 23 und 31 Jahre alt und haben den Übergang ins Arbeitsleben schon mehr oder weniger erfolgreich gemeistert ;)
Sie machen gerne Sport, sind im Viertel unterwegs und sind eigentlich immer für ein Feierabendbier oder ein Grillen auf der Terrasse zu haben.

Your 4 other flatmates are between 23 and 31 years old and have already more or less successfully mastered the transition to working life ;)
They like to do sports, are out and about in the neighborhood and are actually always available for an after-work beer or a barbecue on the terrace.
