Die Wohnung hat alles für das tägliche Leben, wir sind reife Menschen in unseren 30ern, wie 28, 28 38, die hauptsächlich arbeiten und verbringen viel Zeit hier (Wochenendausflug) Kochen, Filme, ach wir genießen Klatsch und Tratsch der Welt. Es ist sehr schön WG, ordentlich und sauber mit einem Balkon mit Blick auf den Fluss und eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle unten (Roteskreuz krankenhaus) Lebensmittelgeschäft (Rosemann Penny, Rewe und andere Restaurants sind ein 200M zu Fuß entfernt, ich plane, nach Frankfurt zu bewegen, so dass ich diese Wohnung weg gegeben. Freue mich auf jemanden, der Spaß haben will und gemeinsam dem einsamen Leben entfliehen möchte. Ich wette, das ist die beste Lage.

(1.Hi Ha-28) Sie promoviert in Psychologie und ist eine sehr fürsorgliche und gleichzeitig aufgeschlossene Person. Ich wette, du kannst immer ein gutes Gespräch mit ihr führen.
2.Valeria ( 28)- Sie kommt aus der Ukraine und arbeitet als Krankenschwester, lustiges Mädchen, sorgt für ein erfrischendes WG-Leben
3. Bernardo (39)- Kommt aus Spanien, Telecom eng wie zu tun Sport und immer energtic zu haben Chat mit Ihnen jederzeit.
4. Sunil - Ich ziehe aus.
Die Gesamtmiete ist 417 einschließlich alles + Kaution von 600+ Kosten für Bett und Almirah ( Fee neu und Arbeitstisch Beistelltisch 500€ ( verhandelbar bis zu einem gewissen Grad) = insgesamt 1517€ einmalig) dann 417 jeden Monat €), Schminktisch usw. Wenn ich möchte, gebe ich mein Fahrrad kostenlos. Wohnung hat alles, so technisch müssen Sie nur in ohne etwas abgesehen von Ihren persönlichen Sachen zu bewegen.

The flat has everything for everyday life, we are mature people in our 30s, like 28, 28 38, who mainly work and spend a lot of time here (weekend getaway) cooking watching, movies, oh we enjoy gossiping of the world. It's very nice flat share, tidy and clean with a balcony with a view of the river and a tram stop below (Roteskreuz krankenhaus) Grocery store (Rosemann Penny, Rewe and other restaurants are a 200M walk away, I am planning to move to Frankfurt so I gave this place away. You will stay will be following people -

The total rent is 417 including everything + deposit of 600+ Cost of bed and Almira ( fairy new and work table side table @500€ ( negotiable to an extent) = overall 1517€ one time) then 417 every month €), dressing table etc if i like i will give my bicycle for free . Flat has everything so technically you just have to move in without anything apart from your personal stuff.
