Helles Zimmer in 2er WG zur Zwischenmiete (01.09-01.11)

Die Wohnung ist im Buntentorsteinweg, einer der Hauptstraßen in der Neustadt. Von hier aus könnt ihr die gesamte Neustadt gut zu Fuß, Fahrrad oder mit der Bahn erreichen. Penny und Rossmann sind direkt vor der Tür. REWE die Straße runter.
Ess- und Trink möglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen.

Im Viertel gibt es super viele Bars und Kneipen, da kommst
du gut mit der Bahn hin

Ein paar Gehminuten entfernt ist der Werdersee, an dem du gut spazieren gehen , baden oder einfach entspannen kannst.
Es gibt ein Theater um die Ecke, diverse Parks und Kioske ohne Ende.

The flat is in the Buntentorsteinweg, one of the main streets in Neustadt. From here you can easily reach the entire Neustadt on foot, by bike or by train. Penny and Rossmann are right outside the door. REWE is down the street.
Eating and drinking options are also a few minutes away.
Here are our tips:

There are a lot of bars and pubs in the neighbourhood, you can get there easily by train.

A few minutes' walk away is the Werdersee, where you can go for a walk, swim or just relax.
There is a theatre around the corner, various parks and kiosks galore.

3 min walk - trainstop "Theater am Leibnizplatz" Tram 6 & 4 direction airport/university (go to the city centre, direction Viertel and to the HBF)

Die Wohnung hat abgesehen von den zwei Schlafzimmer ein Wohnzimmer das schön groß und hell is. Dort findet ihr einen Esstisch, ein Sofa, einen Fernseher (funktioniert nur als Bildschirm) und eine Anlage. Außerdem liegt an dem Wohnzimmer unser schöner und sonniger Balkon. Die Küche ist klein aber fein und hat alles was du/ihr so brauchen könntet (Gasherd, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Spühlmaschine, Esstisch etc.). Das Bad besitzt eine Badewanne/Dusche, eine Waschmaschine und ist mit einem wunderschönen Fenster ausgestattet (siehe Fotos).
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung 70qm groß und durch die vielen Zimmer vor allem für Paare oder kurzfirstige WGs geeignet.

Apart from the two bedrooms, the flat has a living room that is nice and bright. There you will find a dining table, a sofa, a TV (only works as a screen) and a stereo. In addition, our beautiful and sunny balcony is adjacent to the living room. The kitchen is small but nice and has everything you might need (gas cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher, dining table etc.). The bathroom has a bathtub/shower, a washing machine and is equipped with a beautiful window (see photos).
All in all, the flat is 70 sqm large and, due to the many rooms, especially suitable for couples or short-term flat-sharing.

BEIDE SCHLAFZIMMER WERDEN FREI.
Wir werden von Anfang September bis Anfang November weg sein, in dieser Zeit steht dir/euch die Wohung frei zur Verfügung. In der Küche darf alles mitbenutzt werden, wäre aber gut, wenn du/ihr die Sachen dann einfach nachkauft.
Im begehbaren Kleiderschrank werden wir ein voraussichtlich min. ein Regal freiräumen, damit genug Platz ist.
Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du/ihr die Pflanzen gießt. Wir würden einen Plan da lassen.
Die Wohnung putzen wir davor ordentlich und freuen uns, wenn wir sie auch so wieder zurückbekommen.

Im Falle von Corona (bei uns oder euch/dir), müssten wir absprechen, wie wir das regeln. Das würden wir dann aber persönlich besprechen.

BOTH BEDROOMS WILL BE AVAILABLE
We will be away from the beginning of September until the beginning of November, during which time you are free to use the apartment. You may use everything including foods and spices in the kitchen, but it would be good if you replaced it afterwards.
We will probably clear at least one shelf in the walk-in wardrobe so there is enough space.
We would be happy if you watered the plants. We'll leave you a plan.
We'll clean the flat properly beforehand and would be very happy to get it back the same way.

In the case of Corona (with us or you), we would have to agree on how to arrange it. We would then discuss this personally.
