Das Viertel ist direkt angrenzend, zu Fuß sind es 15min zum Sielwalleck und an den Osterdeich, mit dem Rad braucht man ca 5min.
Der Bürgerpark ist nur ca. 1 km entfernt, hier kann man joggen oder zu Radtouren ins Blockland starten.


Bus stop is directly in front of the door, to Bremen main station it is 3 stops or 5 min. For everyday needs there is a Netto directly opposite; several bakers, the Crossini and various snack bars and a late shop are only a few meters away.
The "Viertel", one of Bremen's nightlife quarters, is just around the corner, on foot it is 15min to the Sielwalleck and to the Osterdeich, by bike it takes about 5min.
If you enjoy the great outdoors, there's the Bürgerpark only about 1km away, here you can walk, jog or start bike tours into the Blockland.

Ich habe in meiner Wohnung 2 Zimmer zu vermieten, da ich aus beruflichen und privaten Gründen so gut wie nie in Bremen bin. Die Wohnung wurde im Laufe des letzten Jahres mit Echtholzboden und Offenputz komplett saniert. Als Mitbewohner schweben mir Menschen vor, die ordentlich, verantwortungsbewußt und respektvoll sind sowie nachweislich eine Spülmaschine ein- und ausräumen können. Alter und Geschlecht sind mir egal.
Ich wünsche mir keine reine Zweck WG, aber auch keinen Familienersatz. Irgendwas dazwischen. Abends ein Getränk auf dem Balkon, gemeinsames Kochen (gerne vegetarisch oder vegan) oder ein Glas/Gespräch am Küchentisch, aber genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Ich bin ein großer Freund von Ordnung und Sauberkeit, und freu mich, wenn Du das genauso siehst. Abgesehen davon bin ich aber ziemlich offen und unkompliziert.

Zu mir:
ich bin 52 Jahre alt und arbeite in der Touristikbranche. Daher bin ich mitunter 6 Monate am Stück nicht da. Ich interessiere mich für Musik, Literatur, und manchmal auch für Kunst.
Ich fahre super gern und viel Ski, Fahrrad und versuche es immer wieder mit Kiten, obwohl ich dafür einfach kein Talent habe.

Starting October 1st, I have 2 rooms for rent in my apartment, because I'm on the road almost the entire year for professional and private reasons. The apartment has been completely renovated over the last year with real wood flooring and open plaster. As roommates I'd prefer people who are neat, responsible and respectful rather than party orientated. Experience in loading and unloading a dishwasher is more important than age or gender.
I do not want the flatshare to exist purely out of economical necessity, but also do not care for some sort of family replacement. Something in between would suit me. A drink on the balcony if the evening is nice, cooking together (vegetarian or vegan preferably) or a glass over a conversation at the kitchen table, but also enough privacy if needed. I really like kitchen and bath clean and neat. Sorry, but that's just the way it is. Apart from that I am quite openminded and uncomplicated.
