wir Clara und Thomas suchen für unsere WG eine(n) nette(n) Mitbewohner(in) zum 01.07.

Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Bett, großer Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch mit bewegten Teilen, Rollade) kann aber auch unmöbliert gemietet werden. Das Zimmer ist 14 qm2 groß und liegt zur Straßenseite hin, man hört aber bei geschlossenen Fenster nichts davon. Das Zimmer ist auf der Sonnenseite und so wärmt es sich auch ganz ohne Heizung auf.
Die WG befindet sich im 3.OG und das Haus in der Bismarckstr. nahe Dobben. Es gibt eine gute Infrastruktur (Haltestellen Dobbenweg, Am Dobben)
Zum Viertel sind es über die Seitenstraßen ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Es gibt in fußläufiger Entfernung mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Das Krankenhaus ist ebenfalls nicht so weit weg.
Wir Clara (Auszubildende) und Thomas (berufstätig) sind keine Zweck-WG.
Wir suchen jemanden mit dem man Abends auch mal sprechen und über den Tag austauschen kann und der keine Angst vor Wg Partys oder ein zwei Bierchen am Abend hat.
Wir wollen nicht nebeneinander herleben, sondern miteinander leben.
Natürlich gibt es auch jederzeit die Möglichkeit einfach mal die Tür zu zumachen und seine Ruhe zu haben.
Wir suchen längerfristig jemanden für das Zimmer (mind. halbes Jahr) und würden uns über eine kleine Beschreibung von euch freuen.

Room
Hey,
We Clara and Thomas are looking for a nice roommate for our shared flat to the 01.07.
The room is furnished (bed, large wardrobe, desk with moving parts, shutter) but can also be rented unfurnished. The room is 14 square meters large and is located on the street side, but you hear nothing with closed windows. The room is on the sunny side and so it warms up even without heating.
Location
The shared flat is on the third floor and in the Bismarckstr. near Dobben. There is a good infrastructure (stops Dobbenweg, Am Dobben)
To the "Viertel" it is about a 5 minute walk.
There are several shopping possibilities within walking distance.
The hospital is not that far away either.
Flat-life
We Clara (trainee) and Thomas (working) are not a purpose shared Flat.
We are looking for someone to talk to in the evening and exchange ideas about the day and who is not afraid of Flat parties or a beer or two beer in the evening.
We do not want to live side by side but live together.
Of course, there is always the opportunity to just close the door and rest.
