Wir suchen eine/n Mitmieter*in ab 15. September (oder früher) für mindestens ein Jahr (bis Oktober 2023). Das Zimmer ist leer und uneingerichtet.
Das Zimmer hat eine Fläche von 12 Quadratmetern und hat große Fenster.
Die Wohnung hat außerdem eine große Küche mit allen notwendigen Utensilien, sowie einen Ofen, eine Mikrowelle und eine Geschirrspülmaschine. Der kleine Balkon eignet sich gut zum sitzen und ist das Zuhause unserer Küchenpflanzen. Außerdem gibt es einen Keller, den du natürlich gerne mitbenutzen kannst.

We are looking for someone to rent the room from the 15th of September (or earlier) for at least one year (until October 2023). It's an unfurnished room.
The room is 12 square meters in size and has big windows.
The flat has a spacious kitchen with all necessary supplies, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. Our little balcony has room to sit and houses our kitchen plants. There is also a basement in which you can store some of your stuff.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Bremen-Fesenfeld. Sowohl das Viertel, mit seinen Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, als auch der Hauptbahnhof sind leicht zu erreichen. Die Universität kann mit dem Fahrrad durch den Bürgerpark oder mit dem ÖPNV erreicht werden (Bushaltestelle: 150 m). Zum nächsten Supermarkt kann man zu Fuß gehen (auch 150 m).
The flat is situated in central Bremen. The Viertel, with its nightlife and shopping opportunities, as well as the Hauptbahnhof station are easy to reach. To get to university you can go by bicycle through the park or use public transport (nearest bus stop = 150 m). The next supermarket is closeby (150 m), one can walk there by foot.
Wir sind zwei Freundinnen und verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander, kochen zusammen, quatschen und versuchen unsere Pflanzen am Leben zu erhalten. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wenn du auch Lust hast, dich aktiv am WG-Leben zu beteiligen. Wir wollen unser Zuhause gerne schön und sauber halten und suchen daher eine Person, der Sauberkeit und Ordnung leicht fällt.
