Unsere WG liegt im 3. OG und bezieht sich auf zwei Etagen.
Dein neues Zimmer liegt in der obersten Etage und ist mit 11m² klein aber fein. Es liegt direkt neben der Küche.
Da es unter dem Dach liegt, hat das Zimmer eine Dachschräge mit Schrägdachfenster. Der schöne alte Holzdielenfußboden macht das Zimmer schön gemütlich.
Die WG an sich besteht schon seit einigen Generationen und wurde bereits von vielen Händen und Mitbewohner*innen gestaltet, wenn du also gern kreativ wirst und/ oder malst oder Ähnliches, bist du herzlich willkommen (aber auch, wenn nicht :D)!
In der Monatsmiete sind Nebenkosten, Internet, GEZ und Co. schon enthalten ;)

Our flat is divided into two floors. Your future room is upstairs, next to the kitchen, the attic, and one other roommate. With 11 m² its quite small, but the wooden floors and skylight make it very cozy.
The flat has been a WG for ages and many hands and generations of roommates have added to it – so if you like to get creative, you are very welcome to put up drawings or leave notes on the walls (but of course that’s not a requirement :D)!
The rent already includes utilities, internet, etc.
Die WG befindet sich super zentral und am Rand des „Viertels“ mitten in Bremen. Das bedeutet, dass Cafés, Supermärkte, Bars und co. nur einen Katzensprung entfernt liegen, wir aber trotzdem nicht mitten im Trubel wohnen. Direkt um die Ecke fahren die Straßenbahnlinien 1, 4, 10 und der Bus 25. Zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man nur 7 Minuten zu Fuß und 2 Minuten mit der Bahn. Edeka ist nur in 3 Minuten zu erreichen, Netto, Penny und Rewe sind auch nicht weit: in 5 Minuten mit dem Rad kein Problem! Außerdem gibt eseinen tollen Gemüseladen um die Ecke, in dem Studis sogar 10 Prozent Rabatt bekommen. Die Uni ist mit der Bahn/Fahrrad in ca. 20-25 Minuten zu erreichen (je nach dem, wie schnell du radeln kannst😉), die Hochschule ist sogar schon in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen.

The flat is in a central location, and just next to the “Viertel” - Cafes, supermarkets, bars, and everything else one might need are really close by, but we don’t live right in the thick of it. Several trams and busses (1,4,10,25) stop just around the corner, the main station is only minutes away. Its 3 minutes to Edeka, but Netto, Penny and Rewe are also just 5 minutes by bike. Also, there’s a small greengrocer, which offers students a 10 percent discount. You can get to the university by tram or by bike in under half an hour (depending on how fast you can bike😉), to the Hochschule its 10-15 minutes.
In der WG wohnen Henrike, Marlien, Paula, Kemo, Chrissi und Lohr. Einige sind in Ausbildung oder studieren, andere lohnarbeiten schon länger: von (Meeres-)Biologie, Kulturwissenschaft, Ergotherapie, Psychologie bis zu Umwelttechnik.
Einige von uns lesen viel, gehen gerne bouldern, machen Fahrradtouren, spielen Gitarre und/oder Singen, machen Capoeira, wühlen auf Parzelle in der Erde herum, sind politisch interessiert, würden mal gerne wieder ins Theater gehen, und so weiter und so fort... mehr von uns gerne persönlich :)
Im Allgemeinen wünschen wir uns ein schönes Miteinander und nicht Nebeneinander, wir sind also keine Zweck-Wg:
Von Montag bis Donnerstag wird bei uns von einer Einzelperson oder Zweien für die ganze WG gekocht (vegan/vegetarisch). Das ist sehr schön, wenn mensch nach einem langen Arbeits- oder Unitag ausgehungert nach Hause kommt und keine Lust und Energie mehr zum Kochen hat. Wir essen dann öfter auch mal gemeinsam im Wohnzimmer, aber das ist natürlich kein Muss! Es herrscht also kein Zwang alles zusammenzumachen und dennoch teilen wir nicht nur Lebensraum, sondern auch Geschichten und Anekdoten aus unserem Alltag miteinander. Sonst sind wir auch gerne mal zusammen ausgegangen, momentan schauen wir öfter mal einen Film auf dem Beamer.
Wir wünschen uns eine Person, die Interesse und Lust auf ein rücksichtsvolles Miteinander hat, dazu gehört für uns auch auch eine ordentliche Küche und ein sauberes Bad.

Living in the flat are Henrike, Marlien, Paula, Kemo, Chrissi and Lohr. We all study or work in different fields: from biology, cultural studies, occupational therapy, psychology to environmental engineering. Some of us spend a lot of time reading, like to go bouldering, go on bike tours, play guitar or sing, do capoeira, grow vegetables, are interested in politics, would like to go to the theater again, … but with so many people its probably best to just talk some more in person.
We are not a “Zweck WG”, all of us are interested in living together and not just next to each other. During the week one or two people cook dinner for everyone (vegan/ vegetarian), which can be very great if you come home starving after a long day and don’t feel up to cooking. While there’s never an obligation to spend time with each other, at least some of us usually end up eating together in the living room. We sometimes watch movies together with our projector, or just sit around and talk. We used to go out together occasionally, this past year obviously not so much.
We are looking for someone interested in living together in a considerate and respectful way, which (among other things) includes keeping a tidy kitchen and a clean bathroom.
