Es geht hier um das 15 qm Zimmer zur Straße hin. Auf dem Grundriss ist es als Zimmer von Jonas gekennzeichnet. Die Miete beträgt warm mit Nebenkosten 360€, wobei sie sich jedes Jahr um 10€ erhöht. Eine neue Küche ist vor 2 Wochen eingebaut worden, die Bilder reiche ich nach sobald ich sie bekomme. I
Die Wohnung liegt recht zentral: Der Hauptbahnhof ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, die nächste Straßenbahnstation ist direkt vor der Haustür, die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit(Edeka) ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen & auch das Viertel ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen.
Du würdest zusammenwohnen mit Manuel (24), Student, hat immer interessante Geschichten zu erzählen und kocht gerne, gut & oft. Dein anderer Mitbewohner heißt auch Manuel (19) und macht gerade ein Fsj beim Leichtathletikverband. Auch er ist aufgeschlossen, teilt das Interesse fürs Kochen. Insgesamt wird in der Wg durchaus auf Sauberkeit geachtet, aber einen Putzplan gibt es nicht. Ein normales Verständnis von Sauberkeit solltest du mitbringen.
