Die Miete wird wegen der aktuellen Entwicklung steigen.
Wir leben in einem Altbremer Haus in der Bismarckstraße im Viertel. Auf drei Etagen wohnen wir mit sechs Menschen in sechs Zimmern, einem sehr großen Wohnzimmer mit Wintergarten, zwei Küchen, zwei Bädern, einer Gästetoilette, drei Balkonen, einem durch die Dachluke begehbaren Flachdach und einem großen Dachboden. Innerhalb unseres Hauses befindet sich außerdem ein Projektraum, der von der Hochschule für Künste Bremen angemietet und 1-2 mal pro Monat mit Ausstellungen, Filmscreenings, Workshops etc. von einem studentischen Kollektiv bespielt wird. Im Souterrain befindet sich eine Kita, die den Garten hinter dem Haus nutzt, was voll süß ist. Nachmittags und am Wochenende können wir ihn auch selbst nutzen.

The rent will increase because of the current situation.
We live in an Altbremer house in the Bismarckstraße in the Viertel. On three floors we live with six people in six rooms, a very large living room with winter garden, two kitchens, two bathrooms, a guest toilet, three balconies, a flat roof that can be accessed through the skylight and a large attic. Within our house there is also a project room, which is rented by the University of the Arts Bremen and is used few times a month by a student collective for exhibitions, film screenings, workshops etc. In the basement there is a day-care Centre that uses the garden behind the house. In the afternoon and on weekends we can also use it ourselves in the afternoons and on weekends.

Wir sind aktuell 24 - 33 Jahre alt, männlich, studieren, malen, musizieren, lohnarbeiten, gehen in die Lüfte, navigieren, radeln usw. Wir leben gerne miteinander statt nebeneinander her und freuen wir uns, wenn wir mitkriegen, was bei den anderen gerade so los ist; gerne bei gemeinsamen Essen, Kaffee oder Wein, auf ner Demo etc. Da wir uns aber ebenso in verschiedenen Kontexten herumtreiben, bleibt auch genügend Raum für sich. Wir wünschen uns ein harmonisches Miteinander und offene Kommunikation und solidarische Organisation der Hausarbeit.
In der WG wird derzeit englisch, deutsch und/oder arabisch gesprochen. Wir suchen bevorzugt weibliche Mitbewohner*Innen, sind aber offen für alle Menschen, die auch offen sind ;).

We are currently 24 - 33 years old, male, study, paint, make music, do wage work, o up into the air, cycle, navigate, etc.
We like to live together instead of living next door to each other and we are happy to see what is going on with the others; we like to to eat together, have coffee or wine together, on a demo. But since we also hang around in different contexts, there is also enough space for ourselves. We wish for a harmonious cooperation, open communication and solidary organization of the housework.
We currently speak English, German and/or Arabic. We are looking for female flatmates, but we are open for all people who are also open ;).
