(Untermiete) 2 Zimmer je ~ 10 qm in Findorff

Wir suchen eine Person zur Untermiete von gleich zwei kleinen, möbilierten Zimmer in einer Vierer-WG, gelegen in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße von Findorff. Das Zimmer ist zwischen dem 01.10.2022 und dem 30.09.2023. Nach Absprache kann auch früher eingezogen werden.
Beide Zimmer sind ca. 10m2 groß. Es handelt sich hierbei um:
- Ein Schlafzimmer, welches rechteckig geschnitten ist.
- Ein weiteres rechteckig geschnittenes Zimmer welches zum Balkon führt, deswegen gehen auch deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner manchmal hier durch (wir klopfen jedoch stets an).
Beide Zimmer sind voll möbliert (siehe Bilder). Es darf gerne umgeräumt werden, oder etwas davon auf den Dachboden gestellt werden.

Die ganze Wohnung teilt sich über zwei Etagen auf: In der ersten Etage liegen zwei Zimmer und die Küche. In der Etage darüber liegen deine zwei, und ein weiteres Zimmer, sowie das Bad. Zudem gibt es hier einen großen Balkon, den alle mitbenutzen dürfen.
Wir haben außerdem einen Dachboden, wo du gerne Sachen unterstellen kannst.
Im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses gibt es noch eine Wohnung, die auch unseren Vermietern gehört. Sie wohnen dort allerdings nicht, also steht sie die meiste Zeit leer (ab und zu wohnen für ein paar Tage Freunde von ihnen dort).

Lage
Die Wohnung ist nahe der Hemmstraße gelegen, daher gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Penny, Rossmann, Aldi, Netto, etc) und die Bushaltestelle der Linie 28, die direkt zur Uni Bremen fährt ist nur 5 min. zu Fuß entfernt. Außerdem liegen die Haltestellen der Linien 25, 26, und 27 ganz in der Nähe.
Der Findorff-Markt (Dienstag, Donnerstag & Samstag) und der Bürgerpark sind auch gleich um die Ecke gelegen.
Die Umgebung ist schön und ruhig und die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich.

WG-Leben
Wir sind ein netter, bunt gemischter Haufen :)

Yunxia kommt ursprünglich aus China. Sie ist ein Foodie, arbeitet in der Lebensmittelbranche und wandert gerne in ihrer Freizeit.
Gabriella ist Brasilianerin, sie ist Architektin und studiert Design an der HfK. Literatur und Cinematik interessieren sie sehr. In ihrer Freizeit läauft und radelt sie gerne um die Stadt.

Ab und zu haben wir ein gemeinsames Abendessen zusammen (z.B. Grillen wir zusammen) oder treffen uns zum Quatschen und Biertrinken in der Küche. Manche von uns sind manchmal ein wenig busy, d.h. wir hängen also nicht 24/7 aufeinander rum :P

Sonstiges
Wir sind sauber, ordentlich und verantwortungsvoll und suchen jemanden, der/die das auch ist. Wir teilen uns den Haushalt auf und haben einen wöchentlichen Putzplan. Wir sind nicht super streng, aber wir hätten alle gerne ein Grundmaß an Hygiene :)

Der Vormieter bezahlt für beide Zimmer zusammen aktuell 283,91€ (dies kann sich durch schwankenden Nebenkosten und einen anderen Internetvertrag leicht ändern).
Die Kaution beträgt 600€ (425€ an Vermieter, 175€ für Möbel).

Zimmer
We are subletting two 10m^2 rooms to a person in a 4-person flatshare in a quiet back street of Findorff. The rooms are free from October 1st 2022 to Septemer 30th 2023. You can possibly move in a bit earlier. If you want to send us a message and we'll discuss it further.
One room is a bedroom the other one is adjacent to the balcony. Said balcony belongs to everyone, so your future flatmates might knock to get to the balcony. Both rooms are furnished (see pictures). You can move everything around or put parts of it on the attic if you want.

The flat has two floors: On the first floor are two rooms and the kitchen. On the second floor there are your two rooms and another one and a big balcony, which is free to use for everyone.
We also have an attic where you can store stuff if needed.

On the ground floor of our house, there is another flat which belongs to our landlords, but they don't live there, so its empty most of the time (every now and then they rent it for a few days to friends).

Lage
Situated close to Hemmstraße there are a lot of shopping possibilities (Rewe, Penny, Rossmann, Lidl etc) and the bus stop of the line 28, which goes directly to the University of Bremen, is only 5 min away. The bus stops of the lines 25, 26 and 27 are close too. The main train station of Bremen is 5 min by bus and 15 min by foot away.
The Findorff Market (Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday) and the Bürgerpark are right around the corner.
The neighborhood is very nice and quiet and the neighbors are very friendly.


WG-Leben
We're a bunch of nice people from all walks of life :)

Yunxia is from China. She is a foodie and works in the pet food industry, and likes to hike in her freetime.
Gabriella comes from Brazil, she is an architect studying design at HfK. She is super interested in literature and cinema - during her free time, she likes to run and to bike around the city.

We are looking for someone for communal living, this isn't just a crash pad. If you aren't open minded and ready to socialize this might be the wrong place for you :).

Sonstiges
We are clean, tidy and responsible and are looking for someone who is, too. We split the chores between us and have a weekly rotation. We're not super strict about this but we like to have a level of basic hygiene :)

We like to have dinner together every now an then (e.g. have a Barbecue together) and also like to get together in the kitchen for a nice chat or a beer from time to time. On the other hand, some of us go through busy periods every now and then (like exams) so we're not hanging out with each other 24/7.

Rent is 283.91€ (including utilities + wifi). The deposit is 600€ (425 for the rooms, 175 for the furniture).
