Die Wohung liegt in einem ruhigen Teil von Findorff. Mit dem Fahrrad benötigt man ca. 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof, die belebte Hemmstraße ist noch näher dran. Das beliebte "Viertel" erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb von 15 Minuten. Gleiches gilt für die Altstadt. Direkt vor der Haustür hält die Linie 27. Etwas weiter weg halten auch die Linien 25 und 26. In der Wohnung hört man nahezu nichts vom Verkehr. Auch vom Spielplatz in der Nähe hört man nichts.
Der große Bürgerpark ist auch sehr nah und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Allgemein liegt die Wohnung in einer schönen Gegend.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vielfältig. Mit Lidl, Aldi und Rewe in der Nähe bekommt man immer, was man braucht.


The apartment is located in a quiet part of Findorff. It takes about 10 minutes by bike to the central station, the lively Hemmstraße is even closer. The popular "Viertel" can be reached by bike within 15 minutes. The same applies to the old town. Bus no. 27 stops right outside the front door, and no. 25 and 26 also stop a little further away. You can hear almost nothing of the traffic in the apartment. You also hear nothing from the playground nearby.
The large Bürgerpark is also very close and easy to reach by foot. In general, the apartment is located in a nice area.
There are plenty of shopping facilities. With Lidl, Aldi and Rewe nearby, you can always get what you need.

Christoph (28), wird im April mit dir in der Wohnung leben. Er ist im Homeoffice an einer Wirtschaftsprüferi tätig und bewohnt das obere Zimmer der Maisonette Wohnung. Er ist der Brettspielkönig hier und liebt gemeinsame Spieleabend, ob analog oder digital. Er kocht gerne und macht gerne Musik, bei allen Dingen wärst du herzlich eingeladen.

Allerdings geht auch er ab dem 01.05. für 9 Monate ins Ausland, sodass du ab den jemand neuen als Mitbewohner hättest und das WG Leben gestalten kannst, wie du möchtest. Beim Findungsprozess bist du natürlich dabei.


Christoph (28), will live with you in the apartment in April. He works in home office at an accountancy company and lives in the top room of the maisonette. He is the board game king here and loves to play games together, whether analog or digital. He likes to cook and make music, and you would be very welcome to join him in all of these things.

Ich suche verantwortungsbewusste Hände für mein Zimmer, da ich nach dem Ende der Reise in ein schönes, gepflegtes Zuhause zurückkehren möchte. Unserer Vermieterin ist dies ebenfalls wichtig, sodass du sie ebenfalls kennenlernst. Sie ist wirklich super lieb.
