2nd room: bedroom is 7 mtr sq room but has additional 8 mtr sq office and can be taken over furnished with extra charge
You will have to go through the first bedroom to reach the hallway.
The apartment comes with a shared washroom and the kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave and gas stove and a fridge.
Prime location in Findorff: maximum 5 mins away from bus stops. Busline 25, 26, 27 & 28 runs from here. 15 mins away from both University and Hochschule.
5 mins away from Hauptbahnhof (central railway station)
Supermarkets like rewe and penny are just downstairs. Rossman & Netto are at walking distance. Also Aldi and Lidl could be reached by bus in 5 mins. And there are a lot of cafes and bakeries for you to enjoy.
You’d live in a flatshare with Ruhma (23), she’s a master student. Open communication is important to her. Also she smokes but only in her room/garden.
We like to chat in the kitchen but there is always an option to be undisturbed in the room. We’ve a cleaning schedule that we like to follow.
The exsisting equipments include washing machine and vacuum cleaner.
