da ich im Januar mein Auslandssemster beginne, suche ich eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für den Zeitraum, von Anfang Januar 2015 bis 30. Juni 2015. Die Person sollte studieren und ungefähr zwischen 20 und 30 Jahre alt sein.
Wir sind eine 2er WG im schönen Findorff (nähe Bürgerpark). Die Miete beträgt 260€ (warm). Dein zukünftiges Zimmer hat ca. 18 qm und einen Balkon. Desweiteren ist das Zimmer Möbliert (Bett, Kleiderschrank, Couch und Schreibtisch) und liegt auf der Seite zum Garten. Der Weg zur Uni beträgt ungefähr 10 min. mit dem Fahrrad und ca. 15 min. mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Englischsprachige Studenten sind herzlich willkommen.

I am looking for someone as a short term renter from the beginning of January 2015 till the 30th of June 2015, since I am going to spend my semester abroad from January on. At best, you are a person who is studying and about 20 – 30 years old.
We are a very nice flat sharing consisting of 2 boys in the very beautiful Findorff (in the near of Bremen´s green park). The rental amounts to 260 € (with heating included). Your potential room covers approximately 18 sqm and a balcony as well. Moreover, you will get a furnished room situating on the side of the garden and implying a bed, closet, couch and writing table. Your way to the university is just 10 minutes by bike and about 15 minutes by public transportation. In addition, it takes you only 10 minutes to central of the city by foot. English-speaking students are of course very welcome in our flat.
