Hallo liebe WG-Suchenden,
Die WG liegt im ersten Stock, und hat zwei Zimmer, ein Badezimmer und eine Küche. Von dem vermietenden Zimmer gibt es direkt Zugang zu unserem gemeinschaftlichen Balkon. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich noch ein kleiner Garten, den man zum Grillen oder Sonnen nutzen kann ;).
Das Zimmer ist 16m2 und voll möbliert, mit Schreibtisch, Schrank, Bett, Sofa und zwei Regalen. Es gibt auch einen CD-Spieler mit zwei Boxen, zwei Tischleuchten, einen Sitzsack und einen kleinen Nachttisch. Das Zimmer ist durch ein großes Fenster zum Garten raus lichtdurchflutet und die schönen Holzdielen runden die ganze Sache ab.
Meine Mitbewohnerin und ihr Mischlingshund Nero suchen nun von Juni (4. wäre am besten) bis September (Ende September komme ich wieder, um den 22. sonst auch gerne nur bis August, kein Problem) einen netten Ersatz für mich. Wenn du dich für die Wohnung interessierst und dir das Zusammenleben mit sowohl einer Biologin als auch einem netten mittelgroßen Hund vorstellen kannst: melde dich bei mir!

Hello future Bremers!
I’m taking off to Canada on a short exchange in June, and am looking for someone to live in my room in that time. I’m leaving on the 4th of June and getting back on the 22nd of September, however if you need to move in a few days earlier or leave a few weeks later or earlier it’s not a problem.
The room
Our apartment is on the first floor and has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, corridor and a toilet. We also have a balcony, which I am quite sad I won’t get to enjoy in the summer, as sitting outside with a book and a beer on the weekends is fantastic. We’ve got a small backyard which is perfect for barbecues in the summer.
The room is 16m2, and comes completely furnished, with a desk, study chair, rug, bed, sofa, two small ikea shelves, a bedside table, cupboard and a small bookcase. There’s also a speaker system, a laundry basket, a bean bag and a bedside lamp. There’s a door leading directly to the balcony and 2 huge windows that look out over the garden.
Wegen eines Austausches nach Toronto fahre ich, Sam, Anfang Juni nach Kanada, und jetzt suche ich einen netten Zwischenmieter, der drei Monaten hier wohnen möchtet. Unsere WG liegt in Findorff, ganz in der Nähe von vielen netten Cafés, zwei Supermärkten und ein paar Kneipen. Der Bus 25 liegt gerade vor unserer Tür, und fährt direkt zum Stadtzentrum.
The building/location
Our building is in Findorff, a 15-minute walk from the train station. The 25 bus also leaves from just outside our door, and goes directly to the city centre every 10 minutes. We’re right in the middle of a slew of lovely cafés, bakeries, bars and supermarkets. If you need to get to Uni the 28 will take you there, the total journey from door to door is around 20 minutes. We’re about 10 minutes from the Burgerpark, which is always lovely for a walk with Nero during the summer.
We have a basement where you can keep your bike safe, a washing machine, and the kitchen has an oven and stovetop, plus a pretty spacious fridge for 2 people and more than enough storage space.

WG life
My roommate Rike is a biology student at the Hochschule in Bremen, she’s very easy to get along with and speaks English that borders on fluent (and if she can understand my ridiculous Australian accent, I’m sure she’ll be able to understand you). Rike’s dog, Nero, is a lovely guy who always enjoys being taken for a walk or fed just about anything.
Mit dem kleinen haarigen Mitbewohner solltet ihr keine Probleme haben, der ist ein vollberechtigtes WG-Mitglied, naja zumindest ist er davon felsenfest überzeugt. :)

The only real deal-breaker would be if you had a problem living with a dog. Other than that, all-comers welcome! Let me know when you can come and check the place out and meet Rike and we can sort out a time.
