Teilmöbiliertes Zimmer in einer netten 3er-WG in FIndorff!

Hallo alle zusammen! In unserer WG in Findorff ( 10min zu Fuß zum HBF) wird zum 1.5 oder auch früher ein Zimmer frei- es ist sehr kurzfristig, ein späterer Einzugstermin ist natürlich auch möglich! Es handelt sich um ein Mehrfamilienhaus- das Haus wird nur von jungen Studenten oder Auszubildenden im Alter von 18-24 Jahren bewohnt. Dies ist so vom Vermieter gewollt und deswegen sollte dieses Kriterium erfüllt sein. Unsere Wohnung liegt im zweiten und somit auch letzten Stock (keine Angst, so viele Treppen sind das nicht!). Das Zimmer, das frei wird, ist ein Maisonett-Zimmer- sprich, unten befindet sich ein Zimmer mit ungefähr 9qm und mithilfe einer kleinen Treppe gelangt man in das ca. 11qm große Zimmer. Die Warmmiete mit Nebenkosten beträgt ca. 355 Euro + 10 Euro für Internet. Huidi möchte ihr Bett, Schreibtisch und Stuhl da lassen und hätte gerne dafür 120 Euro. Küche mit allen Utensilien ist vorhanden, sowie ein Bad mit Dusche. Da alles letztes Jahr grundsaniert wurde, ist alles noch modern.

Nun zu deinen zukünftigen Mitbewohnern: Ich, Yen (übrigens weiblich), bin 19 Jahre alt und studiere an der HS und bin vor einer Woche eingezogen. Derzeit wohnen hier noch Jason (20 Jahre), der eine Ausbildung zum Speditionskaufmann macht und Huidi, die ausziehen wird. Auch wenn ich erst seit 1 Woche hier wohne, denke ich, dass ich mich doch sehr gut mit Jason verstehe. So gut, dass er mir dieses ganze Inserat überlässt, weil ihm alles egal ist, haha. Ja, wir sind auf jeden Fall sehr tolerante Menschen! Du wirst deinen Freiraum bei uns haben, aber mal etwas zusammen trinken wäre echt cool. Und bei Problemen darfst du gerne zu uns kommen- wir trösten Dich und muntern dich auf...irgendwie, versprochen! Nun zu dir: Da die Entscheidung bei mir liegt, habe ich beschlossen, dass ich eine weibliche Mitbewohnerin möchte! Wie gesagt solltest du jung sein und vor allem Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit legen. Zwar nicht übertrieben, aber doch so, dass man miteinander leben kann. Alles andere ist mir eigentlich egal bzw. lernen wir uns dann einfach bei der Besichtigung kennen! Ach ja, vielleicht solltest du nicht allzu groß sein, denn es kommt schon vor, dass man sich beim Aufsteigen der Treppen stoßen könnte. Und das sag ich, die suuuper klein ist.

Hello everyone! We're looking for a person who fills the room from Huidi, who moves out on 1st May (you can also move in earlier). The flat is located in Findorff ( 10min walk to central station). The owner of the house wants a young person (18-24 years old), because all the people living in the house are young. Our flat is on the 2nd floor (don't you worry, there are not many stairs!). The room is a maisonett-room, which means that you are going to have two rooms basically. The first room is about 9qm and by using the stairs you're getting to the other room that is about 11qm big. The rent including everything is about 355 Euro + 10 Euro Internet. Huidi, the girl who lives in the room at this moment, wants to leave her bed, desk and chair here. She would like to have 120 Euro for these things. We also have a kitchen with all the things you need (dishes, cups, cutlery etc.) included. A bathroom with a shower and because the house was newly renovated last year, everything is still modern.


Now something about your future flatmates: I'm Yen (I'm a girl btw) and I'm the one writing this text. I'm 19 years old and studying at Hochschule. Jason (20) does an apprenticeship (forwarding merchant (I don't even know if that's the correct translation, sorry)). I just moved in here like a week ago, but I can already tell that Jason and me get along well. He doesn't really care who moves in- yes, we're very tolerant people! You will have your space when living with us, but going out for a drink sometime would be cool, too. If you have any problems, feel free to talk to us, we're going to listen to you and try to chear you up. So now to you: As we said before, you have to be a young person. And because it is up to me, I decided I want another girl living with us- so yeah- you should be (or identify as) a girl, please! And you should be a clean person, not excessively clean, but we should be able to live together. Everything else doesn't matter, I think we will see, when we get to know each other! So just come over and visit your future room. And yes, it is okay if you're learning German- we can speak English. Oh, and you shouldn't be too tall, because it can happen that you touch the wall while walking up stairs (it happened to me before and I'm like super super short!)
