I am subrenting my room for 2 months, from December 2019-January 2020. It's a 20 m2 bedroom with private balcony. It is fully furnished with bed, study desk, cupboard, tv, sofa, and carpet. The price listed is already include the internet, heating, electricity, etc, you do not have to add anything. You will share the kitchen and bathroom with my WGmates.
Access with bus 25, 26, 27, 28. Uni is 8 minutes away by bus 28. Hbf is 5 minutes away by bus 26 and 27, and 15 minutes by bus 25. Bus stop is Utbremer Ring (for bus 27, 28) - 5 minutes walk, Stutgarter Strasse (bus 25) - 3 minutes walk, or Hemmstrasse (bus 26) - 10 minutes walk.
Within 10 minutes walk you will find Rewe, Rossmann, Aldi, and Lidl. There are also pharmacy and bank next to Rewe.
Kitchenware (plates, glasses, pans, teapots) are all available and used together.
My WGmates are Inga (23) and Carina (24), both students in the Uni.
