The room is about 13m² big (including a sink), furnished (single bed, desk, chair, shelves and cupboard), wifi --> all you need :)
There is a beautiful balcony, directed to the south, so pretty sunny, surrounded by trees with a nice view on the nearby Bürgerpark, a big kitchen connected to our big but cozy living room, filled with couches and a huge TV for the lazy ones (with Netflix of course). Furthermore, we have a guest toilet and two bathrooms to prevent any queues during rush hours. Moreover, you can wash your laundry with your "mensa card" for 1,50€. Your bike or car stays dry and safe in our own parking lot.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15m² groß, hat ein extra Waschbecken, ist möbliert (Einzelbett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Regale und Schrank) mit Internetanschluss. Alles, was man so braucht also :)
Es gibt einen wunderschönen Südbalkon mit Kerzenlicht und Blick auf den Bürgerpark, eine große Wohnküche und Wohnzimmer mit gemütlichen Sofas, Fernseher mit Netflix, zwei Bäder und ein Gäste-WC sowie zwei Abstellkammern.
Unten gibt es einen Waschraum, den du mit der Mensakarte (1,50€) benutzen kannst, Dein Fahrrad oder Auto steht sicher und trocken im großen Fahrradkeller oder Parkgarage
The location is perfect. You’ll find plenty of shops nearby in the Hemmstraße and the next bus stop is pretty close, too 2 like 2 minutes away by foot. By bike it’s 10 minutes to university or the city center and the appartment is directly in front of the Bürgerpark and close to the 'Unisee' where you can go running, walking or just relax.
Das Wohnheim liegt perfekt: Auf der einen Seite gibt es den wunderschönen Unisee und Bürgerpark und auf der anderen Seite gibt viele Läden in der nahe gelegenen Hemmstraße mit allem, was man zum Leben braucht. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es ca. 10 Minuten zur Uni oder Innenstadt. Mit dem Bus sind's 15 Minuten in die Stadt. Somit sind alle zentralen Bereiche super schnell erreichbar!
My flatmates are really cute and sociable, like a family in a way. So, if you want, you will always have somebody around to chat, cook or go out with. From time to time we also do workouts, Zumba and travel together (e.g. to Morocco and Gran Canaria). Anyway, if you’re looking for a living community with a lively familiar atmosphere, you will feel at home here.
IMPORTANT! Since we live in a student vilage, it is necessary for you to study (at Uni or Hochschule).
Furthermore, every person has her own place for food in the fridge and shelf. Everyone pays 10 €/ month for common food and other WG stuff.
Generally, everyone buys his own food although we also share a lot, because we get plenty of good food from 'foodsharing'.

Jede*r hat in der Küche einen eigenen Schrank für Essen, zusätzlich gibt es eine WG Kasse, in die jede*r 10 Euro monatlich zahlt für Mehl, Zucker, GEZ etc.
Allgemein kauf jede Person ihr eigenes Essen, aber wir teilen auch eine Menge Essen, das wir von 'Foodsharing' bekommen.
WICHTIG! Da es sich um ein Studentenwohnheim handelt, musst Du in einer Uni bzw. Hochschule eingeschrieben sein.
Bei Interesse, erzähle uns doch ein wenig über Dich und wir vereinbaren einen Besichtigungstermin.
