Wunderschönes Zimmer in Vierer-WG, gelegen in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße von Findorff. Das Zimmer ist L-förmig geschnitten und bietet damit die Möglichkeit, den Schlaf- und Arbeitsbereich räumlich zu trennen.
Wenn du magst, kann Judith, die aus diesem hübschen Zimmer auszieht, dir ihr Regal und ihr Bett überlassen.
Die Wohnung teilt sich über zwei Etagen auf: In der ersten Etage liegt dein zukünftiges Zimmer und meins und außerdem die Küche. In der Etage darüber liegen Burcus und Anaams Zimmer und das Bad. Zudem gibt es hier einen großen Balkon, den alle mitbenutzen dürfen.
Wir haben außerdem einen Dachboden, wo du gerne Sachen unterstellen kannst.
Die gesamte Wohnung wurde vor 1 1/2 Jahren neu renoviert.
Im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses gibt es noch eine Wohnung, die auch unseren Vermietern gehört. Sie wohnen dort allerdings nicht, also steht sie die meiste Zeit leer (ab und zu wohnen Freunde von ihnen dort).

Beautiful Room in a shared flat, situated in a quiet side street of Findorff. The room is cut in a L-shape which allows you to separate your sleeping and working area. If you want to, Judith (the girl who is moving out of this pretty room) will leave her bed and her bookshelf.
The flat has two floors: On the first floor is your future room and mine and also the kitchen, on the second floor there are Burcu`s and Anaam`s rooms and a big balcony as well which is free to use for everyone.
We also have an attic where you can store stuff if needed.
The whole flat was renovated 1 1/2 years ago.
On the ground floor of our house there is another flat which belongs to our landlords, but they don't live there, so its empty most of the time (every now and then they rent it to friends).
Die Wohnung ist nahe der Hemmstraße gelegen, daher gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Penny, Rossmann, Lidl etc) und die Bushaltestelle der Linie 28, die direkt zur Uni Bremen fährt ist nur 3 min zu Fuß entfernt. Außerdem liegen die Haltestellen der Linien 25, 26, und 27 ganz in der Nähe.
Der Findorff-Markt (Dienstag, Donnerstag & Samstag) und der Bürgerpark sind auch gleich um die Ecke gelegen.
Die Umgebung ist schön und ruhig und die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich.

Situated close to Hemmstraße there are a lot of shopping possibilities (Rewe, Penny, Rossmann, Lidl etc) and the bus stop of the line 28 which goes directly to the University of Bremen is only 3 min away. The bus stops of the lines 25, 26 and 27 are close also. The main train station of Bremen is 5 min by bus and 15 min by foot away.
The Findorff Market (Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday) and the Bürgerpark are right around the corner.
The neighborhood is very nice and quiet and the neighbors are very friendly.
Wir sind alle innerhalb der letzen Monate in diese Wohnung gezogen aber wir kommen alle super miteinander klar :)
Anaam (23) kommt aus Indien und macht ihren Master in Neurobiologie an der Uni Bremen. Sie malt und zeichnet gerne, hat die besten Gewürze direkt aus Indien und man kann super tiefgründige Gespräche mit ihr führen (vorzugsweise Nachts und in der Küche :P).
Burcu (31) kommt aus der Türkei und macht ihren Doktor in Postcolonial Studies an der Uni Bremen. Sie ist außerderm Dogsitterin für einen kleinen, sehr niedlichen Hund, weiß immer was es Gutes auf Netflix gibt und macht gerne Yoga.
Livia (27) - das bin ich! Ich mache Biologie im Bachelor an der Uni Bremen, mit einer Spezialisierung auf Meeresbiologie. Ich habe schon einen Bachelor in Kreativen Schreiben, habe danach 2 Jahre in England gelebt und gehe gerne tauchen.

We all have moved into this flat relatively recently but we get along very well :)
Anaam (23) is from India and doing a Master's in Neurobiology at University of Bremen. She also likes to draw and paint a lot, has the best spices directly from India and is great to have a deep late night conversation with.
Burcu (31) is from Turkey and getting her PhD in Postcolonial Studies at the University of Bremen. She is also a dogsitter to a very cute little dog, always knows what to watch on Netflix and loves doing yoga.
Livia (27) - that's me! I'm getting a Bachelor in Biology at the University of Bremen with a focus on marine biology. I have already a Bachelor's in Creative Writing, lived for two years in England and love to dive.
Wir sind sauber, ordentlich und verantwortungsvoll und suchen jemanden, der/die das auch ist. Wir teilen uns den Haushalt auf und haben einen wöchentlichen Putzplan. Wir sind nicht super streng aber wir hätten alle gerne ein Grundmaß an Hygiene :)
Alle paar Monate haben wir ein gemeinsames Abendessen zusammen (z.B. Raclette) oder treffen uns zum Quatschen und Biertrinken in der Küche. Manche von uns sind manchmal sehr busy (gerade in der Klausurenphase), wir hängen also nicht 24/7 aufeinander rum :P
WG-Gesucht lässt uns nur nach "Männern" oder "Frauen" suchen, aber natürlich ist jeder willkommen!
Wenn du uns treffen möchtest, bewirb dich bitte über WG-Gesucht. Ich werde vom 20. -26.4 im Urlaub sein und Anaam ist bis Semesteranfang in Indien, aber wir können beide gerne mit dir Skypen. Das Zimmer kannst du aber trotzdem besichtigen, Burcu ist die meiste Zeit zu Hause.

We are clean, tidy and responsible and are looking for someone who is, too. We split the chores between us and have a weekly rotation. We're not super strict about this but we like to have a level of basic hygiene :)
We like to have dinner together every other month and also like to get together in the kitchen for a nice chat or a beer from time to time. On the other hand, some of us go through busy periods every now and then (like exams) so we're not hanging out with each other 24/7.
WG-Gesucht lets us only look for "men" and "women" but every gender is welcome!

I'm going to be on vacation from the 20th to the 25th and Anaam is still in India until the Semester starts, but we can also always talk via Skype if that's okay for you.
