Hi!
As I'm moving to Leipzig for a short internship, I'd like to sublet my room for the following period (January 15th - April 30th 2020), this may extend depending on the length of my internship, but for now it is only available for short-term.
The apartment is located in Findorff, and the room is on the second floor of a two-storey apartment. The kitchen and two rooms are on the first floor, and three rooms and the toilet are on the topmost (Second) floor. I'm leaving all my furniture behind as seen in the photos :)
The room looks out into the balcony which overlooks the backyard. The room has a huge window with plenty of Sunlight (on the sunny days!).
There is a shared kitchen, balcony and a toilet/bathroom within the apartment.
There is another apartment on the ground floor, but it belongs to the Landlords and mostly remains empty.
There's also an attic for storage on the second floor. There is a place to park your bike outside the apartment as well.
The rent includes everything (heating, internet, gas etc). There's a Penny, Rewe, Rossman and Aldi (all within walkable distance) in the area.
It is centrally located, close to the BurgerPark and reachable by buses 26, 27 (from the Hauptbahnhof), or by 25, and a 28. 28 goes directly to the university from the "Hemmstrasse" Busstop (which is a 5 minute walk from the apartment) The Bremen Hauptbahnhof is 10-15 minutes away by walk, and all tram lines are reachable from here. As mentioned before, there are two Rewes, Penny, Rossman, Netto and Lidl within walkable distances.
There is a Findorff Market (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday) right around the corner. The neighbourhood is pretty quiet, and
You will be sharing the apartment with Livia, 27, who studies Marine Biology at the University of Bremen, Weijia, 24, who is working at MARS, and Nadia, 29, studying Media Informatics, also at the University of Bremen.
Everyone has different timetables so the apartment is pretty quiet usually (especially since we are located in a residential locality). We sometimes see each other in the kitchen and share a meal or a drink, but there is no compulsion to socialize, and Everyone is pretty easy going and friendly either way :)
We have a cleaning plan that is followed every week, and the duties/chores are split among all four members in rotation. We aren't very strict, but do like to maintain a basic level of hygeine :)
Please send me a message to let me know a little bit about you!
