Hello future roommates,
A roommate moved out so we are looking for a new roommate. That's why we're looking forward to seeing you and some fresh vibes in our flat share.
In order to be able to move in with us, you must be enrolled at a university in the federal state of Bremen. The rooms are about 16 square meters and furnished (built-in closet, desk, chair, two shelves and a bed).
Cost: €282 (warm). Internet is included (cable). In addition, there are only costs for the washing machines in the dormitory (1.50 €/laundry, 1.50 € dryer) and 10 € per month in a shared apartment (radio fees are also financed by the shared apartment).

Ein Mitbewohner ist umgezogen , deswegen suchen wir eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in. Deshalb freuen wir uns jetzt auf dich und ein Paar frische Vibes in unserer WG.
Um bei uns einziehen zu können, müssen Sie an einer Hochschule im Bundesland Bremen eingeschrieben sein. Die Zimmer sind ca. 16 qm groß und möbliert (Einbauschrank, ein Schreibtisch, Stuhl, zwei Regale und ein Bett).
Kosten: 282 € (warm). Internet ist inklusive (Kabel). Hinzu kommen lediglich Kosten für die Waschmaschinen im Wohnheim (1,50 €/Wäsche, 1,50 € Trockner) und 10 € monatlich in einer WG (Radiogebühren werden ebenfalls über die WG finanziert).
The location here is central, but still nice and green and quiet. The bus stop "Weidedamm Süd" is right in front of the door. From there the bus goes to Am Brill and Domsheide. The 26 and 27 to the main station are within walking distance. The main train station can also be reached in 8 minutes by bike or in 15 minutes on foot. The Bürgerpark is practically our garden for us 😉. Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, Rossmann and the post office can be reached by bike in 5-10 minutes and on foot in less than 10-15 minutes. The university can be reached by bike in 15 minutes and the HS in 20.
Die Lage hier ist zentral, aber trotzdem schön grün und ruhig. Die Bushaltestelle „Weidedamm Süd“ befindet sich direkt vor der Tür. Von dort fährt der Bus nach Am Brill und Domsheide. Die 26 und 27 zum Hauptbahnhof sind fußläufig erreichbar. Auch der Hauptbahnhof ist in 8 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bürgerpark ist für uns praktisch unser Garten 😉. Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, Rossmann und die Post sind mit dem Fahrrad in 5-10 Minuten und zu Fuß in weniger als 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Uni ist mit dem Rad in 15 Minuten und die HS in 20 zu erreichen.
It never gets boring in our flat share, everyone is up for fun, but also up for deep talk. We like to cook together in the evening, watch films and series, have brunch together and in summer we also like to sit on our balcony, do sports or music together and drink a few beers or wine together in the evening.
We are the K3 Kingdom and everyone is always welcome. Paulo (25) is from Bolivia, Melomane, the WG's DJ and studies sociology, Rohan (23) from India, studies microelectronics, he's the chef of the WG, so if you're broke or hungover, he'll definitely help you. Adham (23) Syrian, studies digital media, gamer of the wg - we think - he's always up for lighting a few J's, if you know what that means.... 😉. Maroua (23) loves weightlifting and is regular to the gym more than Rohan (That's what she says) and Ehsan(40) is always up for surprising others with his Whisky bottle and shots.
Lynn is from Berlin and going to move in soon too.

In unserer WG wird es nie langweilig, alle sind auf Spaß, aber auch auf Deep Talk zu haben. Wir kochen abends gerne zusammen, schauen Filme und Serien, brunchen zusammen und sitzen im Sommer auch gerne auf unserem Balkon, machen gemeinsam Sport oder Musik und trinken abends ein paar Bierchen oder Wein zusammen.
Wir sind das K3 Kingdom und jeder ist immer willkommen. Paulo (24) ist aus Bolivien, Melomane, der DJ der WG und studiert Soziologie, Rohan (23) aus Indien, studiert Mikroelektronik, er ist der Chefkoch der WG, also wenn du pleite oder verkatert bist, hilft er dir bestimmt weiter. Adham (23) Syrer, studiert Digital Media, Gamer der wg - finden wir - der hat immer Bock, ein paar J's anzuzünden, wenn ihr wisst was das heißt.... 😉. Maroua (23) liebt Gewichtheben und fitness und Ehsan (40) ist immer bereit, andere mit seiner Whiskyflasche und seinen Shots zu überraschen. Lynn kommt aus Berlin und zeiht bald ein.
