Das Zimmer ist mit großen Fenstern schön hell, 17qm groß und hat neben einem Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank auch eine bequeme Coach.
Ich bin aufgrund meines Pflichtpraktikums nach Hamburg gezogen und freue mich demnach eine/n tollen Nachmieter/in zu finden.
Das Haus liegt 3min zu Fuß von der Bushaltestelle Eikedorferstraße entfernt. Weitere Buslinien sind 5min entfernt ab der Bushaltestelle Hemmstraße erreichbar: 25, 26, 27, 28 etc.
5min sind die Post, Rewe, Bäcker, Apotheke und die Findorfer Einkaufsstraße wo es alle weitere Läden des täglichen Gebrauchs gibt, als auch nett Cafés und Restaurants.
Deine neue WG besteht aus der Eigentümerin Iris. Ihrem Sohn Marlis und einem netten Untermieter Anton.
Alle sind super umgänglich, zuvorkommend und für nette und gesellige Gespräche am Abend zu haben.
