Hello,
I am looking for a cat-loving, warm, empathetic, compassionate and hygiene-friendly female/diverse flatmate to share this apartment with me and my cats. The room is in a well-furnished apartment on the first floor. It is a 14 m2 bedroom with half of the living room space also available. So the total space is 26m2.
All rooms are well-ventilated and very bright with natural light. There is one south-east facing balcony that is attached to the kitchen. The bathroom and the toilet are in two separate rooms. The living room is 27m2, with a sofa and TV which can be used by you. There is space in the parking garage room to park bikes and put extra stuff. Washing machine, dryer, TV, microwave, oven, dishwasher and vacuum cleaner are available.
The apartment is in a central location, 4 mins walk to St. Joseph Stift bus/tram stop on the North and many other stops in other directions. The Viertel is 10 min walk. The Bürgerpark and the Weser are both 12-15 min walk. It is a safe, clean and beautiful residential area with Apothekes, Cafés and Bakeries nearby. Gartenverein area also accessible for jogs and walks.
It is not a Purpose WG. If you're looking to become friends with your flatmate, cook together sometimes or many times or do something together once in a while then this is the right Ad for you. We should also give each other the peace and quiet needed on other days. We could also go to cafés or pubs after a tiring day at work or watch something on the TV or chat.
You'll be sharing the WG with me, my 10 month old adopted cat, Deki and my 1.5 year old Norwegian Forest Cat called Gucci. Both of them are super friendly, calm and well-behaved.
I work as a Space Systems Engineers at a research institute near the University. I work from home 2/4 days a week. I am also passionate about wildlife and environmental conservation. I am a positive, open-minded, helpful, responsible and friendly person looking to share this flat with someone who also wants a homely WG. I strongly value cleanliness in shared spaces and we can come to a mutually comfortable arrangement for house chores. Music, watching videos and painting are my indoor hobbies while I also love dancing, jogging, trekking and travelling. I am a vegetarian since 2016 but have no issues with you being a non-vegetarian either. I am learning German and would love to speak in German too.
Important : you can use half of the space in the living room for your things. And the furniture in your room can be removed if you want to bring your own furniture. The rent can be adjusted if you need lesser space after discussion.
A visit is possible and preferred or a video-call can also be arranged. If you have lived with a cat before that would be a plus! Looking forward to meeting you.
