Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 13 qm groß, mit Fenster auf der süd- Ost Seite des Hauses. Man wird morgens nicht direkt von der Sonne aus dem Schlaf gerissen, aber das Zimmer ist den ganzen Vormittag/ Mittag sonnig und auch gegen abends noch schön hell.
Die beiden Balkone der Wohnung sind von den anderen Zimmern zu erreichen und können von jedem genutzt werden.
The rooms size is about 13 square metres with a big window to the south east.
The room is bright almost all day. The two balconies are to enter from two of the other rooms, but everyone can feel free to use them.
Die Lage ist wirklich gut. Zur Uni sind es mit dem Rad 5 - 15 min, je nach Fahrstil.
Die Linien 4 und 6 sind direkt vor der Haustür (Hollerallee) und die Linie 6 am Stern zu Fuß vielleicht 5 Minuten entfernt.
Ins Viertel und zum Bahnhof ist es nur ein Katzensprung.
Sparkasse und Supermärkte, sowie einige Imbisse sind quasi um die Ecke und auch der Bürgerpark ist nicht weit.
The apartment is located near university. 5 to 15 minutes with the bicycle, up to your way of cycling. The tram lines 4 and 1 are directly in front of the house. The stop is called Hollerallee. Tram line 6 (am stern) is within 5 minutes on foot.
The "viertel" is reachable within less than 5 minutes if you take the bicycle.
Also, there are a couple of supermarkets and atm's around.

Phil, studiert irgendwas mit Medien und vertreibt sich die Zeit vor dem Computer, mit Kampfsport und DJ-ing.
Sandor, bärtiger Politiker bei der Partei Die PARTEI und aktiv im AStA der Uni, studiert Informatik. Außerdem Internetbeauftragter der Wg.
Sowie Sukanya, die ebenfalls irgendwas mit (digitalen)Medien studiert und vor 2 Jahren noch in Indien gelebt hat. Ihr Deutsch wird immer besser und für mich war es eine tolle Gelegenheit mein Englisch zu verbessern.
Alles in allem ein entspanntes Wg-Leben, in dem jeder gerne bei den anderen rumhängen kann, aber es dir auch niemand übel nimmt wenn du mal für eine Weile deine Ruhe von der Welt haben willst.
You will live together with Phil, who's studying digital media and likes to spend his time creating stuff on the PC using Photoshop or playing games. He's looking into dj-ing and martial arts.
Sukanya is studying digital media as well and is from India. Her English is very good and she's working hard on her German.
Sandor studies computer science and does political stuff at the Uni's AStA and at the party Die PARTEI.
The wg's lifestyle is relaxed and you're free to either hang around in your flat mates rooms or spend your time alone.
