da unsere Mitbewohnerin auszieht suchen wir nun eine/n neue/n Nachmieter/in für unsere nette Bleibe.
zu allererst mal die Fakten:
- Dein Zimmer hat ca. 14 m² und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße, perfekt um im Sommer mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen
- wir haben zwei Bäder, allerdings hat nur eines davon eine Dusche. Du hättest dann so mehr oder weniger dein eigenes Bad, mal abgesehen davon, dass wir uns die Dusche teilen müssen

Our roommate is leaving, so we are looking for a new one for our lovely home :)
The facts
- Your room measures about 14 m² and is situated in a quite street.
- you would be having your own bathroom, apart from the shower which we all have to use.
- Reihenhaus in Bremen Hastedt. Insgesamt etwa 140 m². Das ganze Haus ist eine Dreier-, evtl. in Zukunft mal eine Vierer-WG.
- Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, Küche, 2 Bäder + Gästeklo, Wäschezimmer, Schuppen mit Werkstatt, Abstellraum/Fitnessraum/evtl. mal viertes WG Zimmer und das Highlight: eine Dachterrasse.
- Hansa-Carrée mit Edeka, Rossmann, Post usw. 300m in die eine Richtung, Rewe 200m in die andere.
- Die 3 fährt vor der Tür, 2 und 10 eine Straße weiter.
- Mit Rad ca. 30min zur Uni, 20min zur HS, 10min ins Viertel (Bars, Bars, Bars für alle Nicht-Bremer).
- 5min zur Weser, 10min zum Werdersee.
- Townhouse in Bremen Hastedt. About 110 m² in total. For now it’s a triple flat share, but we might have to extend it into a four-person one.
- Living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a little one for guests, laundry room, lil’ shack with a workshop, storage/fitness/fourth-person room and the highlight: we have a roof terrace.
- Little shopping mall with a supermarket, drugstore, Post office etc. 300m in one direction, another supermarket in the other.
- Tram 3 is passing right in front of us, Tram 2 and 10 is one street further
- By bike you need 30 min to the Uni, 20min to the university of applied science and 10 min into the ¼ (Bars)
- 5 min to the weser and another 5min to the lake
WG-Leben:
In unserer WG gibt es immer viel zu lachen. Das geht vom chillen auf unserer großen Dachterrasse über Volleyballmeisterschaften am Werdersee bis zu wilden Abenden im Viertel. Alles nach dem Klassiker: Alles kann, nichts muss.
Life in the hood:
we have a lot of fun actually. Having a drink on our big roof terrace, playing championships in Volleyball at the lake or long nights at the Bars. we are open minded for kinda everything :)
Über uns:
Lasse (25): ist gerade fertig mit seinem BauIngStudium abgeschlossen und stürtzt sich jetzt ins Arbeitsleben. Volleyballsüchtig und auch in der zweiten Liga hoffentlich bald wieder immer im Stadion. Bin mal gespannt ob mein gepflanztes Gemüse bald mal was zu Essen abwirft.
Marc (27): Maurer, trink gerne einen, manchmal auch 20. Spielt auch gerne Volleyball und bin ansonsten sehr pflegeleicht. Fahre gerne Motorrad.
Über dich: Wir würden uns sehr über einen offenen Menschen freuen. Am besten solltest du schon etwas WG-Erfahrung haben.

About us
Lasse (25): just done with my studies and started working a few month ago. addicted to Volleyball and hopefully back inside the Weserstadium again soon. Looking forward for my plants to grow me some food :)
Marc (27): Love to have a drink or 20. Also love to play Volleyball and overall a person whos easy to care for. furthermore I like to ride my motorbike.
