Da ich nach Berlin ziehe, wird mein Zimmer in einer 2er FLINTA-WG in der Neustadt frei. Daher sind wir auf der Suche nach einer Nachmieterin zwischen 22-30 Jahren.
Zur Wohnung:
- 80qm über zwei Etagen (Maisonette)
- Großes Wohnzimmer mit Terrasse im Dachgeschoss (von 8-18 Uhr Sonne)
- Einbauküche
- zwei Bäder (ein Dusch- und ein Wannenbad)
- voll eingerichtet
Dein Zimmer:
- 13 qm eigenes Zimmer
- 51 qm Gemeinschaftsfläche
- 451 € warm + Strom, Internet, Rundfunk = 520 € all inclusive
- Kaution: 750 €
- Es KANN erstmal möbliert bezogen werden bzw. es ist möglich die Möbel (bis auf das Bett) zu übernehmen. Ablöse wären 300 Euro. Das Bett kann bei Bedarf erstmal genutzt werden.

- spacious living room with a huge balcony (sunny from 8am - 6pm)
- fully equipped kitchen
- two bathrooms (one tub, one shower)
- fully furnished
Your room:
- 13 sqm own room
- 51 sqm shared space
- 451 € + electricity, wifi, GEZ = 520 € all inclusive
- Deposit: 750 €
- You *can* move in with the room fully furnished (300 Euro one time payment), the bed will stay mine but you are free to use it, if you want to

GERMAN:
Die Wohnung ist 5 Minuten von der Pappelstr. entfernt und in einer ruhigen, familiären Straße. In der Nähe fahren Linie 1 und 26.
ENGLISH:
The apartment is located in a quiet, cozy street near Pappelstr., which can be reached within 5 minutes. Bus stop 1 and 26 are close by.
GERMAN:
Deine Mitbewohnerin wäre Ronja. Sie ist 26 Jahre alt und eine ausgesprochen liebe, soziale und witzige Person. Das Zusammenleben soll keine Zweck-WG werden, sondern ein lockeres, freundliches Miteinander, wo auch mal zusammen gekocht und Zeit verbracht wird. Also generell ein offen kommunikatives Zusammenleben.
Da die Wohnung so groß und weitläufig durch die zwei Etagen ist, hat jeder aber auch Platz um sein Ding zu machen.
Auch ist Queer*-Freundlichkeit eine Voraussetzung, da Ronja selbst eine Trans-Person ist und ihr Zuhause natürlich ein Safe Space bleiben soll.
Ronjas Hund Lino wohnt auch in der Wohnung. Er ist um die 8-12 Jahre alt und ein sehr ruhiges und super entspanntes Tier.
Beruflich ist Ronja selbstständige Gastronomin und betreibt eine Bar. Parallel macht sie noch eine kaufmännische Ausbildung.

Your flatmate is Ronja. She is 26 and a very funny, kind and open person. The preferred lifestyle with each other should be open, honest and friendly, the purpose of living together is not just „living“ but spending time with each other, like cooking together. Ronja wants a communicative lifestyle.
But since the apartment is so spacious there’s plenty of space to calm down on your own still.
Something that’s non negotiable is that you are queerfriendly, since Ronja is a transperson and her home should remain a safe space.
Her dog Lino is living in the flat, too. He is around 8-12 years old and very chill and sweet.
Ronja is a gastronome and has her own bar. She’s also getting an education in training.
GERMAN:
Einzug wäre ab 01.04. bzw. flexibel, da das Zimmer ab 01.04. frei steht.
ENGLISH:
The date of moving in would be from 01.04. and can be really flexible, since the room is free from 01.04.
