free room in 2p shared flat / freies Zimmer in 2er WG

Mobility and shopping: this places is close to two shopping areas, one is a about 3-5 min walk away. Doctors and pharmacies can be also found in the vicinity.
The next tram and bus station is a max.10 min walk away (only when you realy take your time). University is not that far by bike or public transport about15-20 min.
Maintrainstation 20 min by tram.
There are two sheds where we can keep our bikes in.
For outdoor people, there's a lot of greenfield around the buildings to hang out, barbecue or play football,...
The Rhododendronpark is also close by.

Es gibt zwei Einkaufszenteren in der Nähe, das eine ist nur 3-5 Minuten entfernt.
Ärzte und Apotheken gibt es auch in der Nähe.
Die nächste Straßenbahn und Bushaltestelle ist max. 10 min (nur wenn man sehr langsam geht) entfernt. Die Universität ist nicht weit weg, mit Fahrrad oder Nahverkehr 15-20 min.
Bis zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 20 min.
Es gibt zwei Fahrradschuppen in die wir unsere Fahrräder einschliesen können.
Für Menschen die gerne draußen sind, es gibt hier einiges an Rasenfläche zum aufhalten, grillen oder Fussbalspielen...
Der Rhododendronpark ist auch gleich um die Ecke.

Your future place to stay comes with a flatmate - surprise :)
She studies Digital Media, does not mind whether she has to speak English or German and loves foreign food.
There is a lot of flatmate experience so as long you're a bit tidy and able to accept study time you'll have fun.
There are not many rules, just things normal people would stick to either way (wash dishes, cleaning,..) and expenses for stuff both need (ex. toiletpaper, salt,..) are shared.
Since this Wg is not just for convenience, if you are interested in hanging out together, talking over a cup of tea or coffee, watching movies, playing games or similar stuff sometimes ~ perfect :)

Sie studiert Digitale Medien, spricht genauso gerne Deutsch wie Englisch und liebt ausländisches Essen.
Es gibt eine Menge Wg-Erfahrung, weshalb du solange du etwas Ordnung hälst und Lernzeit akzeptierst, Spaß haben wirst.
Es gibt keine großen WgRegeln, hauptsächlich Dinge die man normalerweise sowieso tut (Geschirr auch abspülen, putzen,...) und die Kosten für Dinge die beide nutzen (Klopapier, Salz,...) werden geteilt.
Da dies keine ZweckWg ist, wenn du gerne ab und zu was zusammen machst, einem Kaffeplausch nicht abgeneigt bist, Kartenspiele, Filmeabend, ... perfekt :)

=>Out of various reasosn there are the possibiltys for a stay for september only or till february when there is the possibilty of maybe switching from terminated to 'open end'
=>Please understand this Wg is only available to femaly students registerd with one of the Universities in Bremen. We will not consider other applications.
We don't mind if you are from abroad but minimum stay is 5-6 months.
Feel free to write in German or English but please choose the language you are more fluent in, it facilitates communication a lot. (Googletranslate won't make it better...)

Ther rent is all included, we can send pictures if requested.

=>Aus unterschiedlichen Gründen ist momentan die Möglichkeit nur für September unter zu kommen oder bis Februar mit der Möglichkeit das man verlängert evtl sogar unbefristet.
=> Diese WG nur für Studentinnen die an einer der Hochschulen in Bremen immatrikuliert sind. Andere Bewerber werden nicht in betracht gezogen.
Studentinnen von Austauschprogrammen können auch einziehen, minimal Mietdauer ist 5-6 Monate.
Um die Kommunikation zu erleichtern: es ist egal ob in Englisch oder Deutsch geschrieben wird - nur bitte in der Sprache die du am besten beherrschst.(Googletranslate hilft definitiv nicht...)

Die Miete ist warm, Internet ist auch mit drin. Wir können wenn nötig auch Bilder schicken.
