Hallo,
ich suche ab Anfang Oktober (gerne auch schon früher, z.B. Mitte September) eine/n neue/n MitbewohnerIn für meine schöne 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Horn-Lehe. Zu vermieten sind zwei Zimmer (14,3 und 11,53 qm; auf der Wohnungsskizze werden sie als Schlaf- und Kinderzimmer bezeichnet). Ich möche beide Zimmer an eine Person vermieten, da die Wohnung als 3er-WG ungeeignet ist. Die Miete für beide Zimmer zusammen beträgt 260 Euro und 35 Euro Nebenkosten.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und das größere der beiden Zimmer hat einen Zugang zum Balkon. Beide Zimmer sind mit Parkett ausgelegt und hell gestrichen. Die Möbel im „Schlafzimmer“ (Schreibtisch, Regal und Kommode) können bei Bedarf gerne benutzt werden, das „Kinderzimmer“ wird jedoch unmöbliert vermietet (ohne Bett, Nachttisch und Schrank). Die Wohnung liegt im Hochparterre, hat eine vollständig eingerichtete Küche mit Spülmaschine, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und einen schönen Balkon (Richtung Süden) mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und vielen Pflanzen, auf dem man am Mittag und Nachmittag die Sonne genießen kann :) Fahrradraum, Waschmaschine, Trockner und Trockenraum im Haus können mitbenutzt werden und zu der Wohnung gehört außerdem ein Kellerraum zur Lagerung.

I’m looking for a new flatmate as of the beginning of October (or earlier, e.g. 15th of September). The flat has 3 rooms and I will rent two of them (14.3 and 11.53 square metres; on the floor plan they are named as “Schlafzimmer” and “Kinderzimmer”). I would like to rent both rooms to the same person as the flat is unsuitable for three people. The rent for both rooms together is 260 euro and 35 euro additional costs.
The flat is very bright and from the bigger room you’ll have access to the balcony. Both rooms have parquet flooring and, if you like, you can use the furniture in the “Schlafzimmer” (desk, shelf and chest of drawers), but the “Kinderzimmer” (bed, bedside table and wardrobe) will be unfurnished. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with a bathtub and a beautiful balcony with many plants, where you can enjoy the sun at noon and in the afternoon :) In addition, the house has a private cellar room, shared bicycle storage, a washing machine and dryer and a drying room that can be used as well.
Die Wohnung liegt in Uni-Nähe – 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad – und die Haltestellen Wilhelm-Röntgen-Straße und Horner Mühle sind nur wenige Gehminuten (3 bzw. 8 Minuten) entfernt. An der Horner Mühle fährt die Straßenbahnlinie 4 und man ist in 20 min. am Hauptbahnhof. Ein Park befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, Bio-Markt) sowie 2x wöchentlich einen Markt direkt vor der Tür.
The flat is located close to the university (only 15 minutes by bike) and near the bus and tram stops “Wilhelm-Röntgen-Straße” and “Horner Mühle” (3 and 8 minutes away) – from there, it takes 20 minutes to the central station. A small park and many supermarkets (Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, organic supermarket) can be found in the neighbourhood and there is even a small market right in front of the house twice a week.
Ich habe gerade meinen Bachelor in Biologie in Bremen fertig gemacht und fange im nächsten Semester meinen Master in Meeresbiologie an. Daher bin ich auf der Suche nach einer/m MitbewohnerIn, die/der auch einen Master macht oder am Ende des Bachelorstudiums ist. Ich selber koche vegetarisch/vegan und freue mich auf gemeinsame Kochabende, ab und an gemeinsame Unternehmungen oder Spieleabende/Filmabende usw…
