The room is in the Studentenwohnheim, but as it is for Zwischenmiete, you don’t necessarily have to be a student.
It’s furnished with a big bed and desk and armoire for clothes. There is a living room and balcony and large kitchen with a laundry room downstairs.
I’m leaving Bremen earlier than expected, so I need someone to replace me.
Das Zimmer ist im Studentenwohnheim, aber da es um zwischenmiete geht, musst Du nicht unbedingt Student sein. Im Zimmer gibt‘s ein großes Bett und Schreibtisch. In der WG gibt‘s auch eine große Wohnzimmer, Küche, und Waschmaschine im unteren Stockwerk.
The apartment is located in the ‘Studentenwohnheim’ next to the University of Bremen. The S Bahn station Berufsbildungswerk is 5 minutes or so walking from the apartment.
Die WG ist nah an der Uni Bremen und fünf Minuten zu Fuß von der S Bahn Station ‚berufsbildungswerk‘ entfernt.
Now there are four german dudes and one Canadian dude in the flat, everyone is friendly and there is a good vibe.
Jetzt sind es vier Deutscher und ein Kanadier in der WG. Alle sind freundlich und ich weiß nicht wie ‚Good vibe‘ auf deutsch wird.
