ich suche eine ZwischenmieterIn vom 15. Juli bis Ende September für meine beiden Zimmer. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 3 Zimmer und die beiden zu vermieten Zimmer sind 14,3 und 11,53 qm groß. Auf der Wohnungsskizze werden sie als Schlaf- und Kinderzimmer bezeichnet, das eine ist allerdings als Schlafzimmer und das andere als Arbeits-/Wohnzimmer eingerichtet. Die Miete für beide Zimmer zusammen beträgt 260 Euro und 52 Euro Nebenkosten (Internet/Telefon/Strom/GEZ).
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und das größere der beiden Zimmer hat einen Zugang zum Balkon. Beide Zimmer sind mit Parkett ausgelegt, hell gestrichen und werden möbliert vermietet (Schlafzimmer mit 1,40 m breitem Bett, Nachttisch, Kommode, Kleiderständer; Arbeitszimmer mit Schreibtisch, Regal, Sofa und Couchtisch). Die Wohnung liegt im Hochparterre, hat eine vollständig eingerichtete Küche mit Spülmaschine, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und einen schönen Balkon (Richtung Süden) mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und vielen Pflanzen, auf dem man am Mittag und Nachmittag die Sonne genießen kann :) Fahrradraum, Waschmaschine, Trockner und Trockenraum im Haus können mitbenutzt werden und zu der Wohnung gehört außerdem ein Kellerraum zur Lagerung.

I’m looking for someone to sublet my two rooms from July 15th to the end of September. The flat has 3 bedrooms in total, with my rooms being 14.3 and 11.53 square metres. On the flat sketch they are named as “Schlafzimmer” and “Kinderzimmer”, although one functions as a bedroom and the other a study/living room. The rent for both rooms together is 260 euro and 52 euro additional costs (internet/telephone/power/GEZ).
The flat is very bright and from the study you’ll have access to the balcony. Both rooms have parquet flooring and will remain fully furnished (bedroom with double bed, dresser, night stand, clothes rack; and study with computer desk/chair, couch, coffee table, and shelf). The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with a bathtub and a beautiful balcony with many plants, where you can enjoy the sun at noon and in the afternoon :) In addition, the house has a private cellar room, shared bicycle storage, a washing machine and dryer and a drying room that can be used as well.
Die Wohnung liegt in Uni-Nähe (15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad) und die Haltestellen Wilhelm-Röntgen-Straße und Horner Mühle sind nur wenige Gehminuten (3 bzw. 8 Minuten) entfernt. Von der Horner Mühle aus ist man in 20 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Ein Park befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, Bio-Markt) sowie 2x wöchentlich einen Markt direkt vor der Haustür.
The flat is located close to the university (only 15 minutes by bike) and near the bus and tram stops “Wilhelm-Röntgen-Straße” and “Horner Mühle” (3 and 8 minutes away) – from there, it takes 20 minutes to the central station. A small park and many supermarkets (Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, organic supermarket) can be found in the neighbourhood and there is even a small market right in front of the house twice a week.
Ich mache gerade meinen Master in Ökologie an der Uni Bremen und werde ein Prakitkum außerhalb von Bremen machen. Daher suche ich eine/n ZwischenmieterIn für diesen Zeitraum. Meine Mitbewohnerin macht ihren Master in Meeresbiologie, sie kocht gerne vegetarisch/vegan und freut sich auf gemeinsame Kochabende, Spieleabende, Filmabende oder andere Unternehmungen.

I am studying at the University of Bremen for my Master’s Degree in Ecology, but am leaving to do an internship. Therefore, I am searching for someone to sublet my two rooms. My flatmate is doing a Master’s in Marine Biology at the University of Bremen as well. She likes to cook vegetarian/vegan food and looks forward to cooking together, or doing other activities together like games/movie nights.
