Huhu! Ich werde diese Wohnung für ein Auslandssemster verlassen und damit wird ein Zimmer in diser gemütlichen WG vom 15.08. bis zum 15.12. frei. Zeitlich können wir auch gerne nochmal sprechen (falls du kürzer bleiben willst oder auch ein-zwei Wochen länger kriegen wir das bestimmt hin).
Die Wohnung besteht aus drei Zimmern, Küche, Bad und Flur. Das freie Zimmer liegt zur Südseite und hat ein großes Fenster. Außerdem ist es natürlich möbiliert - Schrank, Bett, Schreibtisch und was man halt so braucht :). Du findest in der Küche noch eine Waschmaschiene und Spülmaschiene und einen gerne genutzen WG-Treffpunkt.
Hey! I will leave this apartment for a semester abroad and therefore a room in this cozy, shared apartment will be free from 15.08. to 15.12.. If you wanna stay for a shorter period of time or maybe a week longer, we can work it out.
The apartment consists of three rooms, kitchen, bathroom and hallway. The free room faces south and has a big window. It is also furnished - wardrobe, bed, desk etc. :). You will find a washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen.
Die Wohung liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße direkt in der Nähe der Uni - mit dem Fahrrad sind es nicht mal 10 min.. Zur nächsten Haltestellen brauch man ganze 3 min., hier fahren die Linien 4, 33 und 34 (ca. 20 min. bis zum Hauptbahnhof).
Rewe, Aldi, DM etc. sind super zu Fuß zu erreichen - und auch der Rhododendronpark ist nicht weit.
The apartment is located in a quiet street directly near the university - by bike less than 10 min. The next bus/tram stop is about 3 min. away, here you can get in the lines 4, 33 and 34 (about 20 min. to the main station).
Supermarkets, Drug-Stores etc. are within walking distance - as well as the Rhododendron-Park.
Wir sind eine 3-er WG: Es wohnen noch Leah (26) und Merle (25) hier.
Merle studiert Sustainable Business & Entrepreneurship und Leah macht am Ende des Jahres ihr zweites Staatsexam Jura und ist dementsprechend viel am lernen - also keine WG-Partys.
Beide sind immer für einen gemütlichen Serienabend oder ein (oftmals doch langes :)) Plaudern in der Küche zu haben - und natürlich offen für Neues.
Wenn du also Lust auf eine gemütliche, unterstützende Atmosphäre hast und dich als offener Mensch siehst, bist du hier gut aufgehoben.
The other two flatmates are Leah (26) and Merle (25).
Merle is studying Sustainable Business & Entrepreneurship and Leah is doing her second state exam in law at the end of the year and therefore is studying a lot - so no WG parties.
Both are always available for a cozy evening watching a series or a (often long :)) chat in the kitchen - and of course open for new things.
So if you like a cozy, supportive atmosphere and see yourself as an open person, you are in good hands.
