Ich heiße Sarah und ich komme aus England. Ich bin sehr traurig, dass ich Ende Juli zurück nach England fahren muss, aber (Ihr Glücklichen!) das heisst, dass ab dem 01. August 2012 in unserer 8-Zimmer-WG in der Nähe der Uni ein Zimmer frei wird!!! Das Zimmer ist im Studentenwohnheim ‘Am Fleet’ und man kann in ca. 10 Minuten zur Uni laufen. Die Wohnung ist mit der Straßenbahn ca. fünfzehn Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt.
Für 203 €. Pro monat. Warmmeite.

Hello, I’m Sarah!
I’m very sad to be leaving my lovely 8 person WG in July when I have to return to England, BUT this means (lucky you!) a room will be free from the 01.08.2012. The room is in ‘Am Fleet’ Studentenwohnheim, and you can walk to the university in about 10 minutes. The Strassenbahn stop is ‘Berufbildungswerk’ on line 6 or ‘Vorstrasse’ on Line 4.
For 203 € per month, including bills.

In der Nähe der Uni / ca. fünfzehn Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Hier fahren die Linien 6, 4 und N3.
Near to Uni, around 15 mins. from the town centre with the strassenbahn / Lines 6, 4 and N3 are all 5 minutes away.
Unsere WG ist sehr international und wenn du deutsch oder english üben willst, ist sie perfekt, da wir beides sprechen.
Our WG is very international and if you want to learn or become better at German, it's perfect, because we speak both german and english here.
