Hey everyone, since i am moving out from Luisental, my room is gonna be free from 01.07
It's a 3-WG and located on the ground floor. Slava (22, Social sciences), Carina (24, Biology) will be your next flatmates!
The room costs just 235 euros! ( all included!)
The room is quite big, has a big window and furnished. A closet, study table, bed and bookshelf will be waiting for you in the room.
Moreover it has a very nice location. The bus stop is 5-10 minutes away and the tram 4 &5 passes by it. The next tram station is also about 10 minutes away and the Bus 21 and 31 that takes 5 minutes to Uni passes by it.
Aldi, Rewe, Lidl, and Lestra are also about 5 minutes away!! There are also 2 Sparkasse banks and Deutsche post not far away.
There are 3 washing machines and 3 drying machines right next to the WG.
In order to have the room you must be a Student here in Bremen ( exchange student can also have it)
We are chilly and like to do some stuff together like cooking or watching TV. If you want to relax or have some privacy you can sit in your room.. If not, you can chill with us. There's even Lui cafe 7 seconds away from the WG :) If you are an easy going person, you will pass very well :)
