da ich für ein Praktikum nach Berlin ziehe, suche ich ab dem 30. November eine/n Zwischenmieter/in bis Ende Februar.
Das Zimmer liegt im Studentenwohnheim Vorstraße in Uninähe, ihr müsst aber keine Studierenden sein, um zur Zwischenmiete einzuziehen.
Mein Zimmer ist vollmöbliert, nur einen Schrank gäbe es nicht. Da ließe sich aber bestimmt eine Kleiderstange organisieren. Das Zimmer hat ca. 12qm, ein 1,40m Bett und ein weiteres 90cm Bett, das zur Wohnheim-Einrichtung gehört. Dient mir immer als Sofa, man kann aber auch super drauf schlafen, ist ja ein Bett…
Ansonsten hat das Zimmer vier Wände, ein großes Fenster und eine Deckenlampe, ein Zimmer halt.
For an internship I have to move to Berlin from December until the end of February, starting from the 30th os October. The flat belongs to a student dormitory, but you don´t need to be enrolled to rent the room. The room is fully furnished, has about 12m^2, one 140cm bed and another bed, which belongs to the room, I use it as a couch.
Lage
Die Lage ist ziemlich gut, wenn auch nicht ganz zentral. Wenn du zur Uni musst, brauchst du zu Fuß knapp 10 Minuten, mit der 6 bist du innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Hbf und in 15 im Viertel. Die nächsten Haltestellen sind Berufsbildungswerk, Vorstraße und Spittaler Str.
Mit der 6 kommt man super zum Rewe an der Wätjenstraße und zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad auch innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Aldi und Lidl.
The location is pretty nice,
though not in the very center of the city. It´s very close to the University (10 minutes walk), and the tram 6 brings you to the central station within 10 minutes, in 15 minutes you are at Sielwall. Next stations are Berufsbildungserk, Vorstraße and Spittaler Straße.
The 6 also gets you to the Rewe at Wätjenstraße and by bike or by foot you reach an Aldi and Lidl within 10 minutes.
Mein Zimmer liegt einer 6er-WG mit 4 korrekten Mädels und einem Mitbewohner.
Wir haben ein Wohnzimmer mit DIY-Paletten-Sofa, eine große Küche, ein Vollbad und ein WC. Da wir im Erdgeschoss wohnen, haben wir eine kleine Terrasse, die auf eine große Wiese übergeht.
Deine potenziellen MitbewohneInnen sind Robert, Charlie, Änni, Amelia und Nina, alles ganz nette Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Studiengängen. Wir hängen Abends gerne im Wohnzimmer rum, gucken den Sixx-Mädelsabend und klauen uns gegenseitig Essen. Absolut entspannt also.
I share my flat with 5 other people, four girls and a guy. We have a living room with a DIY-pallet couch, a big kitchen, one bathroom plus another toilet. Also we have a nice terrace.
Your potential roommate are Robert, Charlie, Änni, Amelia and Nina, all are really nice, pleasant people. They all study at university. We love to hang around in the living room, watch Sex and the City and steal each others food.
Das Zimmer wäre schon ab dem 29. November zum späten Nachmittag frei. Ich würde alle Schränke, Kommoden etc. ausräumen, genug Stauraum ist auf jeden Fall vorhanden.
