Durch dein potentielles Zimmerfenster hat man einen guten Blick auf Bäume, in denen ein paar Eichhörnchen leben.
Im Zimmer stehen schon ein Bett, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, ein Regal, ein Schrank und ein weiterer Schrank/Regal. Außerdem hat es ein eigenes Waschbecken, was in einer 6er-WG ziemlich praktisch ist.
Unsere Wohnküche hat einen Zugang zum Balkon und bietet genug Platz für eine gemütliche Sofaecke und ein kürzlich erworbenes Bällebad.
Es gibt kostenloses Kabelinternet (und W-LAN), und auch Wasser/Heizung/Strom sind in der Miete enthalten.

From your potential future room, you have a beautiful view of trees and the garden, where a couple of lovely squirrels are living.
The room is fully furnished, with a bed, a desk and a chair, a wardrobe, a shelf and a sink (which is quite nice in such a big WG).
When you walk through the kitchen, you reach our nice balcony, where there is a nice sofa.
We have an open living-kitchen-area with two sofas and we recently added a ballpool to it.
Utilities are already included (W-LAN, Electricity, Water, Heating).
Es gibt sehr gute Verkehrsanbindungen (Horner Mühle/Kirche) an die Linien 4 (Straßenbahn), Busse 21, 31, 33, 34.
In 20 Minuten bist du mit der Straßenbahn im Zentrum und die Uni ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder mit dem Bus zu erreichen.
Du hast viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, Aleco, DM, Rossmann, Lestra sind nur 5-10 Minuten entfernt.
Außerdem ist der Rhododendronpark nur 5 Minuten von unserem Haus entfernt, so dass du entspannt im Park spazieren gehen kannst!

There are a lot of different bus and tram connections: line 4 and bus 21, 31, 33, 34 at the stations Horner Mühle and Kirche.
You can reach the center by tram, and it takes only 20 minutes. Uni is 10 minutes away by bike and also by bus.
There are also many shopping possibilities: Lidl, Aldi, twice Rewe, Aleco, DM, Rossmann, Lestra only 5-10 minutes away.
There is also the nice Rhododendronpark 5 minutes away, where you can have a relaxing walk!
Wir sind ein bunter Mix aus sportlichen, faulen, motivierten, fröhlichen, lustigen, party-wütigen und ruhigen Leuten. Zusammen sind wir eine harmonische 6er WG, die gerne etwas miteinander unternimmt. Wir schauen Filme, kochen zusammen, machen Ausflüge, gehen gemeinsam weg, und so weiter und so fort.
Natürlich hat aber auch jede*r seinen/ihren Freiraum und kann sich zurückziehen, wenn er/sie möchte.
Unsere Wg besteht aus 3 Mädels und 3 Jungs.
Wir haben einen Putzplan, an den wir uns halten. Es wäre also gut wenn du ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit mitbringst.
Wir sind KEINE ZWECK-WG.

We are a mix of sporty, lazy, motivated, happy, funny, party, but also calm people! All together we are a nice 6 people WG, who loves to hang out together, do trips, go out for a beer(vodka is also fine) or a party, but also we enjoy movie and cooking nights, or we love chilling at our balcony (sine its winter time). However, we also have our privacy and everyone can have her/his personal space without feeling pressured to do anything.
At the moment we are 3 girls 3 guys.
We also have a weekly cleaning schedule, and would be nice if you'd bring a sense of tidiness.
We are definitely NOT a Purpose only -WG!! :)
Da Lara für ein paar Monate für ein Praktikum in eine andere Stadt zieht, steht ihr Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete zur Verfügung.
Wenn du Lust hast unsere Mischung zu ergänzen, dann schreib uns doch ein paar Zeilen zu dir und füge den Satz "Grüße an den Hund" ein, damit wir wissen, dass du das hier auch tatsächlich alles gelesen hast und das keine kopierte Mail an jede Anzeige hier ist ;)

As Lara is moving out for a few months for an Internship in another city, her room will be free during that time.
