Das Zimmer befindet sich im Studentenwohnheim. Um hier zu wohnen, musst du eingeschriebener Student an der Universität Bremen/Hochschule Bremen sein. Es ist 18m² groß, wird vom Studentenwohnheim mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Regal ausgestattet und verfügt über einen Internet- und TV-Kabelanschluss. Die Küche, der kleine Sitzplatz und das Badezimmer stehen natürlich für alle offen. Waschmaschinen und Trockner befinden sich im Gebäude und werden von allen Mitbewohnern benutzt. Bezahlt wird mit der Mensakarte.

The room is a university dorm room and you have to be a student at University/Hochschule Bremen to live here! The room is 18m² and is furnished with a bed, desk, chair and a shelf. There is Internet and TV connections available. The kitchen, dining area and bath are of course used by everybody. The washing machine and dryer are used by all residents and are payed with the Mensacard.
Zur Universität benötigt man 10 Minuten mit dem Bus oder mit dem Fahrrad. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 15 Minuten mit der Bahn und zur Innenstadt- 20 Minuten.
Aldi, Rewe und Lidl sind nur 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß entfernt. Der schöne Rhododendronpark ist auch ganz in der Nähe.

The university is 10 minutes away by bus or bike, you need 15 minutes with the tram to reach the central station and 20 to reach the city center. There are grocery stores (Aldi, Rewe, Lidl) 10 minutes away from the dorm and a beautiful park is also near.

Ich komme aus Bulgarien, er kommt aus Indien.
Wir kommen zwar aus veschiedenen Ecken, dennoch verstehen wir uns gut. Es wäre schön, wenn du auch ein Teil davon werden könntest.
Wir putzen wechselnd jede Woche die Wohnung und versuchen kein dreckiges Geschirr für lange Zeit in der Küchenspüle zu lassen. Sonst sind wir chillig und quatschen gerne am Ende des Tages. Jeder kann aber immer seine Ruhe haben.

We have a cleaning schedule and we try not to leave dirty dishes in the sink for a long time. Other than that we are relaxed people, we cook together sometimes or just chat in the evenings. But you can always have your peace and quiet.
- Das Zimmer ist im Studentenwohnheim und wird vom Studentenwerk verwaltet, man muss immatrikulierter Student in Bremen/Bremerhaven sein, um einziehen zu dürfen!
! - Zu Zeiten des Coronavirus kann man keine normale WG Besichtigung machen. Damit wir uns kennen lernen können, würden wir zuerst per E-Mail eine online Besprechung festlegen. Schreib uns dazu eine Mail, mit ein paar Sätzen zu dir, damit wir uns ein Bild machen können und wir melden uns so früh wie möglich.
