Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für mein Zimmer in der Galileo Residenz!
Das Zimmer ist 17,5 m² groß und voll ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht! (Großer Schreibtisch und Stuhl, Bett mit Stauraum, Nachttisch, Regal, Kleiderschrank. Spiegel). Zusätzlich hat jeder Mitbewohner sein eigenes Bad, was sehr praktisch ist! Lediglich die geräumige Küche mit Fernsehecke teilt sich die ganze WG, sodass einer WG-Party nichts im Weg steht, man aber auch einfach seine Tür zu machen möchte, wenn man seine Ruhe haben will. Es gibt einen Kellerraum + einen Fahrradkeller und bei Bedarf einen Parkplatz.
Auch an Haushaltsgeräten ist alles vorhanden und es gibt einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern.
I am looking for a new tenant for my room in Galileo residence!
The room is 17.5 m² and fully equipped with everything you need! (Large desk and chair, bed with storage space, night table, shelf, wardrobe, mirror). In addition, every roommate has its own bathroom, which is very handy! Only the spacious kitchen with TV corner is shared by everyone.
There is a cellar room + a bicycle storage room and a car park, if required.
Also all kind of household appliances are available and there is a laundry room with washing machines and dryers.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist top, Universität Süd und Zentralbereich sowie die Haltestelle Wiener Straße sind alle in 2 Minuten zu erreichen, besonders praktisch ist natürlich die Lage direkt auf dem Campus, sodass alles zu Fuß erreichbar ist! Sei es der Hörsaal, die Mensa oder der Sportturm!
Einkaufen kann man beim Rewe in der Wätjenstraße ( 5 min. mit der Bahn), Aldi ist mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Wenn es nur Kleinigkeiten sind, lohnt sich der weg zum Fizz to Go oder zum Uni Shop und wenn der Hunger groß ist, ist direkt unten im Haus ein Bistro mit Döner, Pizza, Nudeln, Salat und allem, was das Herz begehrt.
In die Stadt braucht man nicht länger als 20 Min mit der Bahn und Linie 6 fährt sehr regelmäßig!
The infrastructure is great, Universität Süd and Universität Zentralbereich as well as the stop Wienerstrasse can all be reached within 2 minutes. The building itself is located next to the university, which is amazing for studying, having lunch or doing sports in the sports tower.
Rewe in the Wätjenstraße (5 min by train)and Aldi (by bike) are the next supermarkets. If it is not worth the way, you can buy necessary groceries at Fizz to Go or the university shop.
Also there’s a bistro, that has kebab, pizza, noodles, salad and everything your heart desires.
Unsere WG ist sehr gemischt - vor allem wohnen viele Erasmusstudenten hier. Zur Zeit sind es ein Inder, eine Portugiesin, zwei Chinesinnen, zwei Spanier und eine Deutsche.
Hier hat jeder seine Zeit und seinen Raum für sich, aber wir saßen immer gerne in der Küche für ein paar Gespräche zusammen.
Da viele der Bewohner nur für einige Monate hier Leben, befindet sich die Gemeinschaft in einem ständigen Wandel, du kannst dich also voll mit einbringen und gestalten.
Our shared flat is very multicultural - many Erasmus students do live here. At the moment there are one Indian, Portuguese, German, two Chinese and two Spanish.
You can always close your door to have some times for yourselfe but you can also sit in the kitchen and talk to one your 7 flat mates.
Many people are just living here for a few months, so the community is constantly changing and you can play your part in creating a new community.
Schreibt mich einfach an und wir machen einen Termin aus.
Da ich selbst gerne zum 01. März ausziehen würde, wäre mir dieses Datum als Einzugstermin am liebsten.
