I am away doing my Masters thesis for 6 months and would like to sublet my room in the meanwhile. The current sublet tenant will be moving out on 30th January, so you can move in immediately. The room is available for 6 months (can be extended to 7 months or possibly longer). The interviews and room viewing will be conducted from the 24th-25th of January. Rent: €213 (All inclusive except TV/radio fees, €3 per month)

The room has a single bed, a large fabric wardrobe, book shelves, study table, chairs, nightstand and a mini-freezer. The WiFi router is in the room, so you can expect excellent WiFi connectivity.The bedding shown in the pictures are not included. The kitchen, living room, balcony, toilet and bathroom are common. The kitchen is also fully equipped with the basics (no dishwasher) which are shared with the flatmates. The laundry room is right across the building and is equipped with several washing machines and dryers. They are shared by all the students of Wohnpark Am Fleet (student residences).
10 minutes from Uni Bremen campus (3 minutes by bus).
The closest bus stop is 2 minutes away and the closest tram stops are 8 minutes away (Line 4 and Line 6).
There are grocery shops (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, DM), pharmacies, banks/ATMs (Sparkasse) and all the conveniences within 15 minutes walking distance (5 minutes by bike).
We have previously had students from all over the world and the current flatmates are no different. We're all friendly and helpful. The flat is generally quiet except on weekends if anyone has guests.
We are looking for someone friendly and considerate. Since a few of us are in the last stage of our studies (writing thesis), we appreciate people who would be considerate of these circumstances and not be noisy during the week. People who are familiar with the WG-lifestyle are preferred or just generally aware of the concept of shared-apartments.

The flat also has a barbecue that you can use (when the weather is better) and a projector (we occasionally watch movies and Game of Thrones together in the common area).
There are bike and parking lots right across the building.
