**This can only be rented out to students.**
One of our flatmates had to leave sadly and therefore the room is available. It is part of the student dormitory located near the university. The room has a bed, a learning desk and chair, as well as shelves and a built-in-wall closet. There’s a window in the room, where the sun (if the weather allows it)shines through in the morning!

Es ist Teil des Studentenwohnheims in der Nähe der Universität. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein Bett, einen Lerntisch und einen Stuhl sowie Regale und einen Einbauschrank. Es gibt ein Fenster im Zimmer, wo am Vormittag die Sonne scheint!
We are 12 minutes walking distance from Bremen University. There's also a bus that goes directly in 2 minutes. Bremen Hochschule is around 30 minutes by tram. Tram no. 6 station is a 7 minute walk from the dormitory.
There are plenty of markets around like Aldi, Biomarkt, Rossman and Rewe.

Wir sind 12 Minuten zu Fuß von der Universität Bremen entfernt. Es gibt auch einen Bus, der 2 Minuten braucht. Die Bremer Hochschule liegt etwa 30 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn entfernt. Tram Nr. 6 Station ist 7 Gehminuten vom Schlafsaal entfernt.
Es gibt viele Märkte rund um Aldi, Biomarkt, Rossman und Rewe.
Wir sind im Moment 7 Mitbewohner verschiedener Studien und Interessen. Wir genießen hin und wieder Abendessen und treffen uns meistens vor dem Fernseher.
we are at the moment 7 flatmates of different studies and interests. We enjoy dinners every now and then and usually come together in front of TV.
