Die Wohnung ist sehr neu und das gesamte Gebäude super modern.
Ein schönes (auf Wunsch) möbliertes Zimmer mit großem Fenster.
Der Balkon in meinem Zimmer ist auch benutzbar.
Unten ist auch ein Keller und ein Fahrradstellplatz.
Das Internet ist mit 200.000 mBit sehr schnell.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und dicht bei der Uni (7 Minuten zu Fuß) gelegen. Die Straßenbahn 6 ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Ein ganz neuer Aldi wird gerade in unmittelbarer Nähe gebaut. Viele Firmen befinden sich im Umkreis.
Ich wohne aktuell mit meinem besten Freunden zusammen. Dieser zieht Anfang September aus.
Wir haben immer zusammen was gemacht, es wäre aber auch in Ordnung, wenn du eher für dich bleiben möchtest.
Ich habe selten Freunde hier, gehe dann eher auswärts feiern.
Ich schaue gerne Fußball und höre gerne mit Kopfhörern Musik.
Ich mag es ordentlich, bin aber nicht extrem penibel.
