Das Zimmer ist hell, geräumig und knapp 14qm groß. Der Blick aus dem Fenster geht in einen grünen Innenhof. Im Zimmer enthalten sind Gardinenstange und Deckenlampe. Es gibt genug Steckdosen und sogar einen eigenen Lan-Anschluss fürs Internet. Bei Bedarf kann das Zimmer mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Schrank möbliert werden. Ohne Aufpreis.
Die Wohnung hat ein großes Gemeinschafts-Wohnzimmer mit großer Küche. Außerdem gibt es zwei Bäder; eins mit Dusche/Badewanne. Das zu beziehende Zimmer liegt direkt am Wohnzimmer. Des Weiteren kann man vom Wohnzimmer direkt auf die sehr große Terrasse.

The room is close to 14 squaremeters big, bright and has enough space for everyday life. Outside, in front of the window, is a green patio. The room comes with a curtain rod and ceiling lamp. If you want you can have a bed, desk, chair and bookshelf for free. There are plenty of sockets and one lan-connection port in the room. the room is connected to the living room.
The living room is in the same room as the kitchen. both are big. It is also connected to the very big terrace. There are two bathrooms; one with a shower/bathtub.

Die Wohnung in der Vorstraße 95 ist 5-10 Minuten vom Campus entfernt. Die Straßenbahn (4/6), mit der man z.B. innerhalb von 15 Minuten in der City ist, ist ebenfalls nur 5-10 Minuten weit entfernt.
Das Wohnviertel Horn ist ruhig, hauptsächlich von Familien bewohnt und bietet mehrere Möglichkeiten zum Einkauf in der Nähe: Rewe, Aldi, Aleco, DM etc. Die Wohnung ist Teil eines Studentenwohnheimes.

The flat, located at Vorstraße 95, is very close to the campus and tram (5-10min). The tram can take you directly to the City (15min). The flat is part of a student residence. There are plenty of choices for getting your groceries: Rewe, Aldi, Aleco, Dm etc. nearby.

Unsere WG ist keine Zeck-WG. Wir sitzen gerne mal beisammen, schnacken, gucken Filme, spielen Gesellschafts- oder Videospiele etc. Wir essen und kochen auch gerne mal zusammen. Trotzdem legen wir großen Wert auf Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Falls jemand seine/ihre Ruhe haben möchte, dann wird da nicht gestört :)
Auch Sauberkeit und Ordnung ist uns Wichtig. Wir sind zwar nicht penibel, haben aber einen geregelten Putzplan, der eingehalten werden sollte. Dies sind die Bewohner:
Johannis (25) studiert Geowissenschaften (Eng/Deu)
Oguz (25) studiert Politikwissenschaften (Eng/Turk)
Letizia (23): "I'm Letizia, I come from Italy, and I've just started a Master Programme in Environmental Physics at the University of Bremen. I’m solar, creative, and active. I love traveling (especially in sustainable and eco friendly ways) and learning new things. With my friends I enjoy eating and going out for a good walk. And I’m always up for a bier or a movie together." (Eng/Deu/Ita)
Meret (20) studiert Psychologie im fünften Semester, mag Musik, tanzt gerne und hat vor im nächsten Semester ein Auslandssemesters in Tokio zu machen. (Eng/Deu)
Natalie (21) studiert, neben Gesundheiswissenschaften,
auch gerne Spieleabende. (Eng/Deu)
In der WG sprechen wir meistens Deutsch, wechseln aber jederzeit zu Englisch, falls irgendjemand beim Verständnis Schwierigkeiten hat.

We are not a purpose only flat. We like to eat, cook or chill together. We talk, watch movies or anything like it. But we still think that your privacy is very important. If you dont feel like company, you wont be disturbed. Cleanliness and neatness is very important to us. We have a cleaning plan that should be followed, although we are not too strict with e.g. some days behind any deadlines or whatever. These are the People that live here:

Man kann in diesem Wohnheim nur wohnen, wenn man an der Universität Bremen Immatrikuliert ist. Die Wohnzeit ist ebenfalls mit 5 Jahren befristet. Wie erwähnt kannst du dir aussuchen, ob du das Zimmer möbliert haben möchtest, oder nicht. Innerhalb des Wohnheims ist unsere Wohnung im ruhigsten Teil. Partys können zwar jederzeit gefeiert werden, sind bei uns im Block aber nicht so häufig. Alle weiteren Fragen können wir gerne bei einem Gespräch klären.

You can only live in this flat if youre studying at the University of Bremen. The most amount of time you can life here is 5 years. As I said, you can choose if you want furniture or not. Our Block of the student residence if the most quite one. It is still very possible to do partys if you want. If you have any further question you can contact me.
