Wir suchen für unsere 3er-WG im Studentenwohnheim an der Leher-Heerstraße einen/eine MitbewohnerIn
Im 19,2m großen Zimmer werden dir vom Studentenwerk ein Bett, ein Bücherregal, ein Schreibtisch und ein Stuhl gestellt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig mit einer großen Küche und ein kleines Wohnzimmer. Die WG ist im Erdgeschoss. D. h. du musst auch keine Treppen laufen ;)
Die Miete beträgt 249€ inklusive Nebenkosten und Internet. Dazu kommt eine einmalige Kaution von 350€.
Die Wohnanlage besitzt zwei Waschmaschinen und eine Wäschetrockner; ein Parkplatz und Fahrradabstellraum.

We are looking for a roommate for our 3-person shared flat in the student residency in Leher-Heerstraße
In the 19.2m room, the Studentenwerk will provide you with a bed, a bookshelf, a desk and a chair. The apartment is spacious with a large kitchen and a small living room. The shared flat is on the ground floor. This means that you don't have to walk stairs ;)
The rent is 249€ including the extras and internet. In addition, there is a one-time deposit of 350€.
The residency has two washing machines and a dryer; a parking space and bicycle storage.

Die Wohnanlage Horn-Lehe gehört zur Studentenwerk UniBremen und ist sehr gut gelegen. Nur 5 Minuten von Haltestelle Horner-Kirche entfernt wo man die Straßenbahn 4 und Busen 21 und 31 finden kann. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man die Uni auch gut erreichen (ca. 10 Minuten).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls gegeben. Lestra, Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, Rossmann, Ärzte, Bäckerei, Fahrradladen, Rhododendron Park und Botanika befinden sich in der Nähe.
Du must unbedingt im Land Bremen angemeldet sein und an der Hochschule Bremen oder Universität Bremen immatrikuliert sein.
