wir suchen eine neue Mieterin oder Mieter für mein Zimmer im Wohnheim Vorstraße. Es handelt sich zunächst um eine Zwischenmiete, sehr wahrscheinlich kann dass Zimmer im Anschluss aber vollständig übernommen werden.
Das Zimmer wird mit Schreibtisch und einem kleinen Regal vermietet. Für den Fall, dass das Zimmer unbefristet übernommen werden kann gehört auch ein kleines Bett dazu.
Die WG beinhaltet ein kleines und ein großes Badezimmer, Balkon und eine Wohnzimmer/ Küchen Kombi.

we are looking for a new tenant for my room in the Vorstraße Wohnheim. This is initially an interim tenancy, but it is very likely that the room can be taken over in full afterwards.
The room is rented with a desk and a small shelf. In case the room can be taken over indefinitely, a small bed is also included.
The flat-share includes a small and a large bathroom, balcony and a living room/kitchen combination.
Das Wohnheim liegt sehr nah an der Universität Bremen. Mit der Straßenbahn dauert es ca. 15 min bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Der Nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 5 min mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.
The hall of residence is very close to the University of Bremen. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the main station by tram. The nearest supermarket is about 5 minutes away by bike.
In der WG ist immer viel los, gerade in der Küche entsehen regelmäßig nette Unterhaltungen. Wir kochen häufig zusammen oder schauen gemeinsam einen Film oder Nachrichten. Ansonsten ist auch das Wohnheim ein idealer Ort zum Kennenlernen.
There is always a lot going on in the flat-sharing community, especially in the kitchen, where we regularly have nice conversations. We often cook together or watch a film or the news together. Otherwise, the hall of residence is an ideal place to get to know each other.
In der Miete von 247 € ist außer GEZ alles eingeschlossen (Wasser, Heizen, Internet). Ab April gibt es vorraussichtlich eine Erhöhung um 9 €.
Wichtig !!! Du musst im Mietzeitraum an einer deutschen staatlichen Universität oder Hochschule eingeschrieben sein. Studierende der Constructor University(ehm. Jacobs Universität) werden vom Studierndenwerk nicht akzeptiert.
