Das Zimmer ist 21 qm groß und quadratisch geschnitten. Ein Schrank, Bett (90cm Breit) und ein großer Schreibtisch sind Wohnheiminventar. Ab Mittag scheint die Sonne durch die großen Fenster.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet und hat zwei Bäder. Die WGs kennen sich untereinander, es gibt Foodsharing Aktionen und gerne werden neue Mitglieder in die Hobbysporttruppe aufgenommen. Wenn Corona es denn wieder zulässt, gibt es hier viele Wohnheim Aktionen und mensch lernt schnell neue Leute kennen.

A spacious 21m² room in a 6-room shared apartment. The room is well lightened with one big windows overlooking a garden view equipped with a single bed (90cm x 200cm), desk, chair, quadrable shelf. From noon the sun shines through the large windows.
The apartment is equipped with all the essentials and has two bathrooms. The WGs know each other, there are foodsharing actions and new members are gladly accepted into the hobby sports group. If Corona allows it again, there are many dormitory activities and you quickly meet new people.
*Zur Uni sind es 5 min radeln und in die Stadt 25 min durch den Park und auf Fahrradstraßen.
* Supermärkte sind alle in näherer Umgebung oder sogar auf dem Uni-Campus (ALDI, REWE, ALECO, DM, Rossmann)
* Straßenbahn 6 und 4 in ~6min bzw. ~12min zu erreichen, sowie diverse Buslinien.

*To the university it is 5 minutes by bike and to the city 25 minutes through the park and on bike lanes.
* Multiple shopping locations like Aldi, Rewe, Lidl, DM & Rossmann are a 5-min bicycle ride from the WG.
* Tram line 6 and 4 ~6 mins - 12 mins walk.
* Multiple other Bus connections are close by as well.
Zur WG:
Wir sind eine internationale, gesellige WG. Hier probierst du bestimmt mal etwas, was du vorher nicht kanntest. Es gibt einen Putzplan und der neue Wohnzimmertisch wird gerne für ausgedehnte Spieleabende genutzt.
Karam ist nach seinem Master Maschinenbau auf Jobsuche und wird die WG Ende des Jahren verlassen. Aber bis dahin kannst du Spieleabende, syrische Essen und gute Gespräche mit ihm teilen.
Mayo ist ein Energiebündel, vergisst manchmal sein Essen auf dem Herdt und studiert International relations.
Ale ist viel unterwegs, liebt Gemeinschaftsaktionen und hat einen richtig guten Musikgeschmack.
Wossen schließt sich gerne Gemeinschaftsaktionen an und kocht sehr gerne.
Wir suchen nach einer geselligen Person, die gerne English spricht.

About the WG:
We are an international, sociable WG. Here you will definitely try something you didn't know before. There is a cleaning schedule and the new living room table is used for extended game nights.
Karam is looking for a job after his master's degree in mechanical engineering and will leave the WG at the end of the year. But until then you can share game nights, Syrian food and good conversations with him.
Mayo is a bundle of energy, sometimes forgets his food on the stove and studies International relations.
Ale is out and about a lot, loves community events and has a really good taste in music.
Wossen likes to join community actions and loves to cook.
We are looking for a sociable but independent person who likes to speak English.

* Waschmaschinen und Trockner sind ebenfalls verfügbar.
* Fahrräder Abstellmöglichkeiten (abschließbarer Unterstand) und Parkplätze für dein Auto sind reichlich vorhanden.
Mein Zimmer kann schon zum 25.07.2021 bezogen werden.Wir können über die MIETDAUER DISKUTIEREN.

* The Studentenwohnheim comes with plenty of space for parking bicycles and cars.
My room can be rented from 25.07.2021 - 31.10.2021. The RENTAL PERIOD could be DISCUSSED if you want to rent the room longer.
